What was it like the first day of activation?

Postby Buzzer » Thu May 11, 2023 5:58 pm

This afternoon my wife asked me if we will be able to have sex the day of activation. My date is June 2nd, 2023 at 3 P M eastern time.

I could not believe how enthusiastic she has become over this procedure. I am enthusiastic also but I am not saying anything for fear of jinxing the whole thing. My wife is called the "White Sheep" of her family, a goody two shoes. She never does anything risky and colors bewteen the lines always. To hear here make these expressions to me that she is horny is quite revealing of her frustration.

I could use some help on anyone relaying any of their experiences on the day of activation and the first sex exploit that day. For example did you have a lot pain that day? Did you get some pain meds in advance to prepare for the potential pain? Or did it all go off without a hitch.

Don't get me wrong, if I could I would fuck her brains out that night of June 2nd. Again she told today she is very horny and wants to get it on. I am also, the waiting is near intolerable and I do not want to touch her for fear of doing something stupid with my implant too soon. In fact since the surgery we are sleeping in separate rooms

Any feedback is appreciated.

Bill

I was a little apprehensive, but ready to rock n' roll. I had all these thoughts in my head about going for hours, switching positions without concern of losing an erection, different positions I wanted to try, standing, sitting, on the floor, on the bed, bent over the bathroom sink, etc.

Didn't have a chance to get past the first one, apparently by mutual agreement. ;)

Wow, what was her sex drive before you started having ED problems? Hopefully you two will have a great time that first night, you deserve it after 15 years.

First of all what type of install did you have? Penoscrotal or infrapubic

I had penoscrotal, which is at the top of the scrotum right under the penis. If the install was done there it takes longer to heal.

I had device training at the 6 week mark, everything was awkward, hurt and numb, but I was determined. It was a little tough to pump up to the max at 6 weeks, I'm thinking I was maybe around 60 to 70 percent inflation when I started cycling the implant when I got home that day.

I waited till the 7th week to try and have PIV sex, mentally I was ready, physically I don't think the total penis was there yet.

We did have sex, but it was awkward, having to pump up to what you think could have a good penetration. It was still numb at the base of my shaft and it did hurt but not awful. Penetration wasn't good because I don't think I was pumped up enough. I think it was more of a let down for me than it was for my wife.

I would definitely take some pain meds before having sex, it will help.

One night, early on in device cycling instructions that the doc had given me, I inflated early and wanted to be ready to have sex as soon as she got in bed and boy did it start hurting after 30 minutes of inflation at the max that I could get. It throbbed with pain the next day and a half. I called my doctor and he told me to take my time and not overdue it and he was right.

Keep on trying if it is awkward and hurts and make sure that you talk to her about what you might go through.

Sex gets way way better at the 4 to 6 month point. At least for me it did, everyone is different.

If you had the infrapubic install, you will heal faster. I have one Frank Talk brother who had sex at 3 weeks and he did just fine.

YES, don't do anything stupid, I think a few times I had my wife kiss and rub on me while I jacked off, until the numbness and pain started to decline those first few weeks of being released to have sex.

Stay determined and listen to your doctor and his instructions.

Good Luck

I was balls deep about an hour after the doc cleared me for sex (at 6 weeks), and that included a 45-minute drive home LOL. There was some pain in my glans from the tips being repeatedly mashed into the end of my dick, but nothing serious and it went away fairly quickly. I think all the cycling I did between weeks 4 and 6 made sex less traumatic.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Doc said 6 weeks, but I tried it out at 4. Was still some numbness and then sore afterwards. No luck the first couple of tries, regarding orgasm, but by the third time, at 7 weeks or so, everything worked fine.
Radical prostatectomy in 2002. Used injections for 20 years. Implanted (infrapubic) with AMS 700 on February 10, 2023.

My first day of activation was November 30th, 2021, 4 weeks exactly after surgery. My urologist briefly explained and demonstrated how it works. Then I didn't do anything with it and I think I had some stupid belief that my first time pumping it would bring me back to as big as my dick was before. No, that does not happen. It will be smaller.

So I was putting off doing any cycling because I didn't really know better and it was still incredibly sore, iirc. Grabbing some device in my balls at the time wasn't on my to-do list.

Wasn't until I messaged my doctor that I learned better. Might as well share since it's good advice:

So on the 6th he tells me to start. That whole night I fidgeted around with my balls and achieved nothing. I think I was trying to squeeze the wrong part, or something. The next day I finally figured it out and took my first measuring pics, had started at 8.75" and had just dropped two whole inches down to about 6.7". Uh oh. Time to get to work.
39. AMS 700 LGX, 21+3. Nov. 2, 2021. Idiot who abused alcohol for brain injury, abused viagra for implant.

Goal to prove implants increase dick size

Pre-op dick size: 8.75" x 5.7"

Current: 9-9.5" x 5.5"

Goal: 10+" x 6+"

My wife's sex drive wss pretty dormant for 15 years until we decided to become intimate again Mid 2022. I started that conversation because I was either going to be sexually active with her again or file for divorce. She really surprised me in that conversation and told me she wanted to become more intimate again also. Before that conversation I thought our marriage was going nowhere sexually. Most women would have told me to fuck off snd leave. I am the only person she ever had sex with, maybe that is the difference.

Before ED we were typically active 2 times a week. We had three children. My getting Type 2 diabetes is what led to the ED. At rhat time I knew nothing about ED or what could be done about it.

Bill, you are lucky to have a wife that supports your surgery. Before my implant we were at odds over sex as my ED ended any kind of satisfaction. Now she says if I hadn't had that surgery she would have been very sad.
My first day activated was also the day doc deflated me since surgery. I was too sore at the two week mark, so this was 5 1/2 weeks out. It still hurt like hell when he deflated me. That pain went away pretty quick, thankfully. Then doc told me "Go home and use it." No other instructions, care, how to's or anything. I hadn't found FT yet either.
So I came home from docs office, took a bath to ease the soreness. When I started bathing the pleasure I felt washing my penis was so good I couldn't stop and ended up masturbating. What a release! I shot semen like a 20 year old kid! The next night we had sex and it felt so good during, but after we finished I hurt.
