i have erectile dysfunction where my penis gets hard but it points down, my question is with an implant does it get hard enough it stay horizantal or maybe even vertical :shock: ?

in my case, penis horizontal with imlpant on
Age 33.
Have about 8 month ED, started use pills and injection but stop it
now with Coloplast Titan Touch by Dr. Menshchikov.

My implant points vaguely up when inflated. I would talk to a urologist, that maybe something fixable without needing an implant.
