Pain normal?

I’ve been experiencing some pain in my dick and balls. Penis looks normal balls are still puffy and swollen perhaps a bit red maybe due to icing. You guys think it looks infected or normal?

Looks totally normal to me. Just relax and do as the doctor has told you. In the initial days post surgery such scary thoughts can come regarding infection. Having pain burning sensation, peeing difficulty is all part of the healing process.

everything seems very regular
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

Normal, mind looked just like that. Give it time and it will heal up fine. I don't even see my scar now.
66 yrs old. Married 40 years to an awesome wife. Implanted on 8/4/2022 Titan 24cm XL. Dr Hakky. Loving the implant so far.

Very normal. Probably better than most at this stage of recovery.
A-70, M-45, ED due to NS-Prostatectomy 2012 and radiation for PCa return 2016
Pills & injections ran their course. Implant 11/11/22 by Dr. Eid.
Titan Classic 22cm, LH cylinder trimmed, Ectopic reservoir placement.

I know that many men experience pain during recovery but I don't think pain is or should be considered "normal" as part of the process. But WTF do I know. LOL! ;)
Age 73. Started taking 5 mg Cialis daily in 2000. Minor ED started in 2021. Major ED problem started in 2022. Coloplast Titan (20 cm w/1cm RTE) implanted infrapublicly on 01/24/2023 by Dr. Edward Karpman (El Camino Urology Medical Group, Mt. View, CA).
