Glans Engorgement --> Greater Sensitivity --> Orgasms

I have found that glans engorgement provides increased sensitivity and a much better chance of achieving orgasm. Curious if anyone else has this opinion?

Also, I have written about using Misoprostol for engorgement with great success -- I have refined the process to simplify using it. If anyone would like that info, just pm me.

I never had much glans engorgement preOP. It never made any difference to me then. I always felt glans sensitivity then and still now but no one has ever been able to make me cum just by sucking/licking the head.

What gets me off is shaft sensitivity, full length stroking it full length balls to the wall. That was the case preOP and still postOP and it's still the only way that I can cum. 8-)
Age 73. Started taking 5 mg Cialis daily in 2000. Minor ED started in 2021. Major ED problem started in 2022. Coloplast Titan (20 cm w/1cm RTE) implanted infrapublicly on 01/24/2023 by Dr. Edward Karpman (El Camino Urology Medical Group, Mt. View, CA).

71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.

For me glans engorgement and the resulting increase in sensitivity is critical to my sexual pleasure.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
