Yes if you could cum before, you can cum with an implant.
The implant just gives you a predictable, controllable erection.

Good Luck!

I can cum, and feel everything. But maybe it works just because I was young at moment of a surgery
Age 33.

Wow, so thats weird that sensation remained the same but sex takes longer for you to finish. Doesnt it mean sensation at least from penetration was somehow reduced ?
But everyone is different, one guy today said he even finished prematurely as prior to implant but well yeah... its implant so instand round 2 happened

In my case now sex need more time, I think that sensation reduced a little bit. Its complicated to describe because I have long pause in sex life (about 8 month) before surgery

Just to note, the more you use a circumcised penis the less sensation it will have in the short term due to increased keratinisation. So if someone is circumcised and wasn't using it much before an implant and they started using it a lot after implant, this would explain the decrease in sensitivity. This can be mitigated by using it less often.

I have as much sensitivity as before and I can cum more easily now than I did before.

Life is good! :)

Drayan,

I am sure I am older than you and I want to share some facts with you. When I was 27, I thought your fucking was pretty much over by 50, at 50 I was still fucking about every other day, in my mid 60's I resorted to oral meds and kept on going at about the same pace. Now at 78 I am implanted and have slipped to twice a week. What I am trying to say is you are going to be fine. The way I look at it is an erection is just a means to getting the head in, the rest of the sensations are nice, but the feeling is in the glans. As long as you have a loving partner, that lets you put the head in, and gives your glans a lot of love, everything is going to be fine.

Before implant, there were a lot of times I could not cum because I lost the erection, but I would not give one of those episodes away, I was sometimes frustrated, but always satisfied. Now, my erection is guaranteed, and I cum nearly every time, but always come away satisfied after first making my wife cum manually, then getting a glorious blow job and then having her cum 2 or more times during intercourse, and usually have my own orgasm. I do cum slower, but I was always a bit too fast, now my wife apologizes for cumming to fast because she loves to cum together. These multiple orgasms are new to her, before implant she was mostly a one and done gal, but now she is happily adjusting to multiple orgasms.

I don't know where you got that with an implant you no longer feel anything, I have never heard that complaint before, at first you may be a little numb when you are cleared for sex, but it just gets better and better, it is a major surgery and your body has to heal. I am 7 months out and I still feel that it is still getting better and better.

If you need an implant to have intercourse, don't hesitate, you will not be sorry.
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.
