 here you go again sswinsfba, stating your (likely incorrect) opinion as fact.

. . .

@ThailandBound was implanted with a Titan a couple of weeks before I was implanted with an AMS, both Dr. Clavell. The morning of my surgery the man before me got a Titan, I received the AMS. I'm beyond thrilled with my implant, as ThailandBound is very forthcoming with how happy he is with his. Sounds like we were both guided in the right direction by a Doctor that had access to both products and guided us to what was best for us.

No need to get your panties all in a bunch.

Not stating anything as fact. Only my opinion. Also never said that you can't get a good result w/PS as you & TB have.

If I have the time, I'll go back and count & reference EVERY link that I've heard mention of a complaint about an AMS and a Titan since the time I joined FT and we'll then see if it's a"fact" w/in that time frame or not.

Til then, just chill out.

As Perito says, in the long run, the results are just as good OVERALL whether you get a PS or IP implant & I do not disagree with that.

I didn't even mention penoscrotal vs infrapubic. What are you reading?

"if you read the stories posted here, you will find far more complaints about the AMS than you will about the Titan."

ummm... this is you stating a "fact".

Overall, the current implants should rank up there in the modern miracle list.
We all have product biases. Overall I prefer Fords, but I've had cars of most major brands cause I buy used. Probably the least favorite was a Toyota. I would advise most people to at least consider a Toyota.
I had some friends that had pilots licenses. They'd snicker when they met a new pilot that wanted to buy the exact model that they had just learned in. They claimed that was common amongst new pilots. Hows that for bias?
My observation, yes I've watched. FT has more Titan members than any other brand but AMS out sells Coloplast by a wide margin. Dr. Krammer said it perfectly that the name Titan was a great name. I say show me a man that wouldn't pick the Titan name out of a list of product names.
Don't place much value in a lots of the quick opinions thrown around on FT. My surgeons is scrotal only. Activation class at 2 weeks, cleared to use at 4 weeks. He is a representive for AMS in online videos thus uses AMS only. Does around 250 implants a year. Is listed on several implant sutdies.
Best that I can say is to be careful followering the herd mentality here. You might be the one where the popular implant opinion is the wrong implant for you.

Based on my research it seems that penoscrotal is more beneficial. The tube can be felt with Infrapubic procedure. Also, for maximize the length penoscrotal is the way to go.

As per the model it seems that Titan can give e harder erection and can get bigger. It's kind like choosing a Ferrari over a BMW....

Very good viewpoints and feedbacks here. It is best to read many posts and do your own research. I did that and zeroed in on Penoscrotal approach. For choice of implant I left it to the judgement of the surgeon.

You have chosen 2 great surgeons as a shortlist. Just be aware that Dr. Eid is just returning from a sick leave of almost 2-2.5 months and will be having a significantly longer waiting period. So in case you choose to go ahead with him, please plan accordingly.

Dr. Clavell was ready to give me a surgery date within a month of my consultation appointment. He is very good too but does a modified no touch which is stricter than the usual technique but not as strict as Dr. Eid’s no touch technique.
