Phil, 75, married 54 years, ED started about 9 years ago. After viagra and cialis and pumping have found Trimix. Use 10 units injected with a partial erection. 31g-5/16" or 31g 1/2"needle. 10-1-30

Aussie, can you explain the Tunica Expansion Procedure?
60 yrs old. Gradually worsening ED for 10 years. Pills and trimix not working well anymore. Will need an implant in the near future.

If you don't mind me asking ....why is circumcision being considered at 75Y.O.?
1947-76YO Uncut Married 47 years to supportive wife. Serious ED at 65YO. Used pills, VED, rings, Muse, Increasing Trimix: discontinued with 85 units of 80/3/25 didn't work. Got peyronies. 22cm Coloplast Titan 11/18/20. Legacy pump.125ml reservoir. Pleased

The surgeon basically degloves the penis and performs small horizontal and vertical incisions on the tunica. It allows for some length/girth restoration, as the urethra is not altered, length gain is limited to the neurovascular bundle I believe.
There is a few studies on it, google Tunica Expansion Procedure. There is also a journal from user Tortao on the peyronies forum, he gained back 2cm which he had lost from peyronies.
