Thats a good question. I am about to have a revision on April 12th. I message my doctor on when I can have sex after surgery and his nurse replied 6 weeks. But this is not my first rodeo and I would like to have sex after 4 weeks. So maybe I will try pain pills. :D

I have been using the remainder of the pain pills I got for the surgery (which I really didn't need) for the initial rounds of cycling. It makes it massively easier. Take the pill take some ibuprofen take some acetaminophen. And then wait an hour and cycle the pain level is probably half or less.

If you're struggling or sex I imagine it would help. But so may some simple acetaminophen and ibuprofen or some Aleve if you can take it.

I am curious to know if the doctor will use a larger implant, and if so, what size?

I'm sure that the dr will use whatever length he measures during the next sugery. Fantastically difficult to calculate size based o external inspection.

My wife spoke to my Dr. after the survery as I was still out. He told her he added 2 cm for what its worth. Im now 3 days post surgery. My balls are huge and everything is black and blue. But Im feeling ok. They tell you to keep it pointing up and it is uncomfortable.
