Im implanted 6 weeks now, I have a big flaccid, Ive not measured but it's over 6 inches. When I keep my penis in my pants if I keep it tucked over to the right I get alot of swelling on the right side, which stays for hours. If I tuck it over to the left, the same story.
I feel like this is because the implanted flaccid penis is large and is becoming irritated in my pants. Has anyone else experienced something like this? I'm hoping this will stop happening over time

Ive always worn Calvin Klein style boxer shorts as underwear, maybe looser underwear would be better? Although not so much for hiding the flaccid in long pants

You’re just 6 weeks in. This is all normal. Might try seperatec underwear. It’s like wearing a soft sock around your dick. Time will heal all.
