I am 10+ weeks postop and having been using mine for daily vigorous sex for the past 10 days. That was my first sex postop, aside from two rather unremarkable masturbation sessions.

Yep. The implant aspect of sex got in my head there a bit at first. Felt funny having to pump up….”am i really horny?”. “say! i can feel some plumbing in my scrotum”, “ouch. that kind of hurts” (after :45+ of fucking). I was averaging orgasming only 50% of the time.

But here of late, something has clicked. Nerve sensation and confidence are increasing. We just finished one awesome girl-on-top session with an over the top orgasm.

So, be nervous, and push past it. Once in the game, my best advice is to let all these mind trips just go and relax your mind. Focus on her, her body, her face, her smile, her pleasure, and try to quit thinking about your dick.

You’ll be ok brother. For you, just getting it hard and slipping it in will be a cause for celebration. Don’t judge your early experiences with what you remember in your past. This is your new reality. Own it, and as in all things worthwhile:

Vetteman, it would help us, if we knew a little more about you to answer your questions.

I plan on cycling my implant everyday or when I take a shower. I don't always inflate it to its max, sometimes just mid way which is around 30 to 35 pumps for masturbation in the shower.

The first time we had sex with the implant it was awkward because it was around 6 weeks after surgery and I still had some pain. I pumped it up as much as I could at the 6 week point which was probably around 35 pumps and with everything still healing and with some mild numbness the sex wasn't that great and it hurt after about 20 minutes, but it wasn't awful.

Hopefully you won't have any pain since you've had it for 2 years, but who knows, because it sounds like you haven't inflated it, for two years.

When I want to have good sex I pump it up to 60 or 65 pumps for easy in and out penetrative sex. I don't have pain in my shaft or my glans since I'm 16 months out from surgery and I can leave it pumped up to max for more than an hour.

Before we have sex, I pump it up ahead of time, so that it doesn't spoil the mood while we are having foreplay. I also put my condom on at that time, so we don't have to wait for that too.

Good Luck,
Send us more questions, we'll try to help

I’m only 35 but had a penile fracture a couple years ago-was doing doggy position and it slipped out and rammed her bone really hard. Ever since I had a venous leak hence the surgery. This current relationship is my first since having the implant.

You have the AMS? I’ve never gotten anywhere near that many pumps. I wanna say maybe 10 tops.

I know you said it's a long story but can I ask why you haven't had sex with it? Did you not like the result?

Mainly a combination of not sleeping around/having high standards and focusing on my career.

Appreciate the kind words!
So I just got home from spending the night with my newish girl. I haven’t told her about the implant and she felt everything but didn’t say anything or ask questions. From my perspective I’d say it’s pretty obvious it’s not natural as you can feel the hoses and pump.
Anyways the night was spent mostly giving her oral(I’m pretty damn good at it).
But I did pump up and to be honest I couldn’t really feel much though she seemed to be feeling the normal sensation from having a penis inside of her.
Is It normal to not feel much from the implant or maybe it’s just from only experiencing masterbation which is I’m sure harder and firmer than the real thing?
She didn’t seem to have any issue but it was our first night together and I’ll definitely try again-I’ll be sure to use more lube next time. It doesn’t seem natural as before the implant when trying to slide inside of her.
Has my one has any similar experiences??

Me personally I would have to disclose something like that before sex, but being 48 and only intending to date women 55+ it's probably easier than telling a younger woman
I was born in 1974. I've had venous leak ED since early 30's, but managed with pde5 inhibitors until mid 40's. I have fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is worldwide acknowledged expert Dr. Laurence Levine

Well, since it’s been so long for you, i guess i’m not surprised that it’s taking you awhile to get back in the saddle. Your nerves should have healed by now and do any loss of sensitivity is likely due to something else. I’m going to guess at least in part it’s mental.

New partner. Been a long time since you fucked. And since that last time you’ve had an implant.

I’m going to suggest:
1. Try to really relax. If you feel something for the girl maybe tell her, and tell her about your apprehension….what she’ll think, what you’ll feel, how she’ll feel. My guess is if she likes you, women sometimes consider these displays of humility as a sign of strength and not weakness.

2. Focus on the lady and not a moment “what’s happening now?” rundown in your mind of the goings-on of your bionic toy.

My guess is a little time, a patient and caring partner, and relaxing will allow you to enjoy and feel more.

Congrats on your first encounter! It will feel different, but it should still feel good. I'm sure after a few times you'll realize what the implant is capable of, how it feels, and how well you can please your partner. Don't give up!

As far as sliding into your partner-can you guys confirm having to do anything differently or it actually feeling and different than before the implant?

I too, was concerned about this. Post implant when fully inflated I point now to about the 230 position. Previously I had pointed more towards one to 2 o’clock, northbound. I wondered if the more horizontal position might be a factor.

It’s not.

You’ll see that as you fully inflate you still have some “bend” at the base. What I have discovered is that I am good for any and all positions. My girl will get on top in the cowgirl position, and it slides in very nicely.

She will then sometimes lean forward in that position to kiss me and we will hold that for a while. Then she will return to a straight, vertical upright position and ride for a while. No problem and then she will lean way back, that position, which gives us all a nice “porno“ view of all the action. That bends the penis downward, and again, no problem.

Every other position is great. Doggy, reverse cowgirl, her on her feet, bent over a table or bed.

It’s all good!
