I know its not consistent with everyone's morality , but I think porno might be good for foreplay with an IPP.

The IPP is kind of like an internal sex toy and pornography can take some of the awkward focus away from mechanical inflation

Maybe start with watching porno and masturbating with a partner and go from there...
