I strongly recommend you don't get an infra-pubic implant done.

Here you can read what the top implant surgeon in the world (Dr. Eid) thinks about the infra-pubic approach:

Also Paul Perito, but he uses infrapubic surgery and I personally would prefer the classic penoscrotal

Dr Perito did mine 4 months ago. Everything advertised all came true especially growth. I was skeptic back then. Some length growth and the girth growth continues. Cycling appears to be the way, Hard pump for a bit is now soft and easy to pump and getting more pumps in each week. Perito is a trip meaning he is a character however a very good one. Watch his vids. Thats him in person and then some too.

Yeah. A character for sure. Did you check out all the erotic art in his office? The man is focused on all aspects of his craft, for sure.

I miss going to his place lol even though the waiting room time could be better. I just messaged him to see about my floppy head issue otherwise I really have no complaints. Anyone have glans treatments?

Perito is one of the very top and don’t let anybody dissuade you on infrapubic. It’s less trama to the scrotum and I had almost zero swelling. My pump is placed perfectly in the middle to the back and recovery was very easy. Only used one pain pill and should have passed on that. Read up on him. He has a series on you tube. MTP. Meet the penis. Very educational!

Seems like many men get pensocrotal (PS) here and tout it because many men here go to (or have gone to Eid (NYC), Condon (Miami), Clavell (Houston) and Hakky (Atlanta) but I had the choice between penoscrotal and infrapublic (IP) and I decided that infrapublic would be better.

Why?

Mainly because the surgical and recovery time with IP is far shorter than for PS.

The surgical time for PS vs IP is a min of 1 hr (based on a report by someone else here but I was told to expect 2.5 hrs) and only 30 mins for IP. The recovery time for PS is also generally 4-6 wks before a man can be approved to have sex again vs 3 wks for IP for me.

The only disadvantage to IP (IMO) was the pubic scar which for men who still have pubic hair is not an issue but a corncer for men like me who are smooth there. That said, 2 months post op and I hardly notice the IP scar anymore.

Seems to me based on what I've read here that the men who chose PS did so only because that was the method that the doctor they prefered used. Not because they were particularly enamored or in favor of PS over IP.

So, despite the # of men who have gotten PS here, I would highly recommend IP over PS to anyone who asks because I started cycling in just 1 week, was approved to have sex in 3 wks and I suffered NO PAIN whatsoever at anytime during recovery. It doesn't get much better than that.

However, let me make clear that I am NOT an advocate against PS. In the long run, both IP & PS will achieve the same result. So, it really doesn't matter which you chose in the end.

It's just that IMO that the short term benefits of IP were more important to me, if they matter to you as it did to me, then IP would be the logical choice.

------------------------------------------------------

My only concern about Perito, when I looked into doing an IP w/him was:

1) the cost of his procedure is HIGHER than others

2) there's no guarantee that he will actually do the surgery himself, because he hosts so many "guest" docs who want to train with him.

But, if you have the $ and are willing to pay it, Perito offers the BEST in concierge services in connection w/an IPP surgery, including limo pickup/drop off at host hotels and post op visits at the hotel.

Fortunately, I was able to find a high volume IP surgeon near me who was able to implant me for virtually no cost.
