TEP is only effective for guys that lost girth due to Peyronie's. It is not something that will give you new girth. Only used to restore lost girth. And at best, it'll give you the maximal girth that the implant itself can expand to.

Better to get HA filler with an implant, it's safer and less invasive.

hmm any chance TEP could work because I lost girth because of the implant? Was around 5.7" before, and after AMS I'm 5.5" max, which seems common for this device, while not a problem with Titans. But yeah beyond that I don't really know much at all about TEP. At least not yet.

Got anything to read, or maybe even better, just briefly describe HM fillers? It a thing during the procedure? How is it finding doctors to perform it? Any idea about price? Rough estimates of possible girth increases?

2435tjklAS,

TBH, i'm surprised your girth hasn't increased due to VED usage. I would imagine that if your implant expanded in length, why not girth. How much vacuum pressure do you use when pumping?

From what I recall the maximum AMS girth is like 5.5in but the Titan XL can give 6in girth. So you're probably better off on your revision getting a Titan XL in terms of surgery.

As for HA fillers. It's can be done after an implant is inserted. So you can essentially get it at any time. It's just injections into the penis of hylauronic acid which has been proven safe.

The most well known is urofill, which was invented by Dr. Perrito: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-ua_Jc ... QW5yOQPP0Y
I believe Dr. Hakky also provides it.

TBH I am not sure about costs, but you can read more about it here: https://urofill.com/before-and-after-girth/

Interesting, tyvm for the urofill info! Any idea how long it lasts? I imagine if you get it done tomorrow then 15 years later you won't have the same girth, but any general ideas how it works?

And yep, for how much vacuum pressure I'm the kind of guy who does is usually right at max pressure of whatever device I'm using. And that is also what I've heard about the AMS max girth being 5.5", so I've been assuming it's not really about my VED usage or cycling, just that 5.5" seems to about as good as you can expect with that device. I be sleeping perfectly fine tonight knowing that and having lost a tiny amount of girth, cause 9"+ length is still pretty cool!!!! :) And I've also heard the same about Titan and I'll be considering them in the future. Though I'm also interested in AMS devices that will be Bluetooth activated. I think I've got several years before any changes are needed, so I'll cross that bridge when I get there, and hopefully that will involve asking several doctors about my options!

So from studies you do seem to keep some of girth, but you essentially need to get it retouched every year. And yeah sounds good, if you're at your goal length by the time of your next revision then Titan XL is def the way to go IMO.
