I thank you all who have gone before me and helped others like me to make one of the toughest decisions of my life. I hope to return the favor for the others that will follow after me. A few years ago, I wouldn't ever have talked about something as personal as erections problems but today I feel as if we all have a common bond together and am very comfortable writing about it with you.

I’m sending this post out but I'm not going to read any of your commit’s until I’m out of surgery and recovering at home when I’ll need your encouraging words to give me strength and help with the pain that I’m about to face. I’ll give you an update as soon as I’m able. Today my pain level is at 0% but my nerves are a 100%
Wish me luck and a successful surgery and I’ll see you on the other side.

LM-N-TX Hear ye:

Just passed 5 weeks post op today for 24cm Coloplast Titan Touch. Six weeks until bulb is squeezed so next Friday. I also start testosterone that day.

I had Penoscrotal Surgery-- a horizontal incision. The pain was inconsequential, but the bruising and swelling was brutal. If I did it over again, I would live on a block of ice for two or three days. It was about 10 days before I left the house. Advice------Ice more, worry less. I used the refreezable items and went to sleep on them, woke up in the night, switched them and laid on them again till morning. Could not get enough icing. You will be fine. i was good enough about two weeks out. As I progressed, I felt more comfortable all round.

The surgery has already changed my life. More positive, feel younger, more confident and assured. Losing some weight, all the good stuff. We will be on a honeymoon cruise 10 days after the big reveal. Headed to Rome.

I used to live in North Arlington Texas. Enjoyed it for a few years, especially Studebakers in Dallas and Arlington. Now near San Antonio but retired. Stay in touch. I will let you know about the bulb squeeze Friday afternoon next; as well as any benefits realized thereto.

OK Guys 28 hours since my surgery. After my surgery I felt so tired like I haven't slept for days. This is only my second major surgery in my life. The first one was when I had my tonsils out when I was 18. That anesthesia did a number on me. But today is 100% better. About -10% pain level but also sore. I am back to the doctor on Monday to have the drain pulled out. (That’s going to be painful). But It's all part of it. Just looking at the goal of using this thing and see what happens.

Thank you all for your support

Drain removal was not painful at all for me. Maybe a bit of discomfort more due to nervous about having it done. Just a really weird feeling of it sliding out.

LM,

Congratulations on your surgery, very few guys have a difficult recovery, just relax and let your body heal, just take it easy for 10 days or so. In the past I had very good luck with ice, but when I put ice on the reservoir sight it made my abdomen cramp badly, so I said enough of ice and didn't use it again. Don't worry about the drain removal, a nurse removed mine the next morning before I left the hospital, it came right out like it was lubricated, no pain at all. So much of the anxiety of this surgery is self-induced, you will look back it and say it was no sweat. The next six weeks are going to be the longest six weeks of your life, waiting to use your new tool, but that too will be over before you know it.

I am very happy for you and your wife, this surgery makes everything feel new again, you are going to love it.

Congratulations buddy. You did it!

Many here completely understand the early feelings of having a somewhat alien & unfamilar dick hanging in front of them early on. You’ll be fine, and we look forward to continued progress reports. For now, you’re living life just day by day. 1, 2, 3 months+ from now seem like an eternity, but that time will come and you’ll be amazed!

I was reading over some of the post and saw one of mine I did 5 weeks ago and read the all again and the encouragement everyone was writing me I thought I should give an update.

I don't know if I was just lucky or the doctor was that good but mostly both but I have healed very well. After surgery I got tired of the 60% erection I had for 4 days after my surgery. Then the doctor took some out but it was still hard but more comfortable. I went back to see the doctor after 2 weeks because the pump in my sack felt like something stuff was in there and I could feel the hose going across my pelvic. Both of these were normal and he reassured me that was normal. He took some fluid out but a few days latter I took some more out and tried the pump on my own and felt everything and started pumping a little more in and out until it was hard enough for pentation.

Now what everyone really wants to know. SEX with and Implant. The first time was an easy one because I told my wife I will not be able to do any pounding yet. So I just put it in and let her use her vibrator. It was nice to be able to stay inside of her while she came. The next time was a few days latter. This time I was a little more active but soon realized I could feel the implant and I would not be able to come but it did feel great. I told my wife to just go for it. My wife had an even bigger organism this time. Again, again and again.... She had never done that before. It was GREAT! I know this is normal to not to be able to come and need to give it time for the nerves to heal. I have been cycling regularly and now I know what it means it painful. But that's OK.

Another great benefit is the closeness my wife have for each other. Like when we were dating but way better because we are comfortable with each other and know each other's body, and what we like. We have starter a new chapter in our marriage.

That's the highlights and I've got to say thank you all on Frank Talk for giving me the courage to have the implant surgery. Everyone has been so helpful.

P.S. AmansinCali I sent you a private message so take a look.
