Condom/Implant Issue

Postby SteveSW » Thu Mar 16, 2023 7:16 pm

I don't wear a condom for sex with my husband (we're both on PrEP) but when having sex with others is when my issue comes in. Bottoms often want me to wear a condom, and I'm happy to oblige. My dick is quite large near the base, and with the implant, there doesn't seem to be enough give in my dick for the rubber to grip and stay in place. It rolls down my penis and is in danger of coming off during penetration. I've tried snug fit and Magnums and the snug ones are worse and very uncomfortable, and I don't certainly need the ones for well hung men LOL. Never had this issue before I got my implant. Guys, any ideas?

There was a brand of condom that had adhesive around the base of the condom. Mentor. I suppose if they are off the market, using a body/skin adhesive might work. I have used one from Ames-Walker called "It Stays" to keep my socks from sorking down my calves. Got it from Amazon, but I imagine any large pharmacy should have stuff like it.
