5 weeks post implant and I just inflated a bit, the penis is now significantly flatter and oval shaped. I hold it in my hand and it feels like I am holding something wide and flat? I love the extra girth but it is very flat n oval. I am wondering how this will effect women for sex, most dildos etc are all shaped round?

Can anyone advise on whether the penis becomes rounder over time, or with natural engorgement, or how an oval shaped penis affects sex?

This has been covered a lot. You can use search to get about a million posts to read. There are 3 corporal bodies. That gave you your round shape. With implant only 2 cylinders are used. Lay 2 cylinders side by side and you get the oval shape. The third corporal body is underneath and surrounds the urethra and provides glans engorgement. Some men have glans engorgement after surgery, and some do not. And different degrees of engorgement. Some men with little or no glans engorgement with use oral ed meds or urethra gel. I have not, I do have glans engorgement and a bit of plumping of the third corporal body but nothing near my healthy youth. Maybe inflate to about 75%. Something comfortable. Use a VED and set it to light (for me 5 psi) pressure, and wait :10. How does your dick look then? (don’t pump with psi high, you’re body is not likely to ever pull that much volume naturally).

I had the oval shape for first several months but as I healed my third corporal body started engorging and now if I’m excited it is as round as ever. I do use 5mg cialis daily and think it definitely contributes and also helps with the BPH.
