Question for me is. Has Hakky said that your injury is as healed as it will get? Does he hold out much hope for improvement for you? He is the pro in this discussion. His opinion should rate very high.
Just a minor warning. If your mind isn't 100% sold on an implant. Please be prepared for some dark days during your recovery.
Oh, please work on your addiction issue. It would be a shame to do something stupid when under the influence that harms your implant.

Yeah I had a bit of an amphetamine addiction off and on over the years. When on the drug I would engage in flacid/semi masterbation sessions that would last hours and sometimes even days. I am 100% aware this is not at all healthy and avoid the behavior but in november a girl gave me some adderall and I relapsed and masterbated for 12 hours. Had a bit of an hg before that but after this latest session it got really bad.

So I am wondering a few more things. Do you think masturbating too much gave you the HG? I wouldn't think flaccid/semi playing with yourself would cause damage. I'm a little jealous of your long masturbation sessions, but how could you really masturbate for several days? What does the adderall do? Are you by any chance a death gripper?
You hear about the dreaded "death grip" a lot, but whose to say what is the appropriate pressure? Is the answer lie within how much pressure a vagina exerts on the penis? Men have different size hands too, so wouldn't that make a difference in the grip strength?

I'm younger than you, and I have never been offered a Doppler test or any test whatsoever. In fact if I hadn't heard it here on FT or internet, I would not know about a Doppler.

I actually envy your youth. I should have received help years ago when I asked for it. I would still have the years.
I hope you regain your health in all aspects. Now, as soon as pills don't work, an implant is offered, at least on medicare. They have been around a long time. Should have been offered to me years ago is my point. Had I known I would have made it a priority and just driven an old car if I had to self pay.

It doesn't matterr what train hit you to cause your ED. They didn't even try to diagnose mine, just asked me to do the implant or shots if I insisted, but those were discouraged. I didn't want the shots because of the expense not covered by insurance. I finally decided that in my case because pills did not work much and I lost erection after a few minutes, I must have had a venous leak and getting worse through the years. My best guess. They said it didn't matter what caused it. This is the fix. I guess like a flat tire, it doesn't matter the length of the nail, just fix it. I hope you find some peace soon and feel comfortable making your decision. I did learn long ago that a decision delayed is a decision itself. Good Luck. If I can help, don't hesitate to reach out.

100% I think it caused the damage I felt a mild pain (but overridden by the pleasure) and the tissue became hardened that same day and boom ED. Adderall up regulates dopamine, concentration and libido. Apparently urologic injuries on it are very common due to rough prolonged sex. It’s also a vasoconstrictor which inhibits wound healing. Also on amphetamines drinking eating and sleeping are of little importance so you can literal jerk for a full day which I would do and when I would cum it would be so intense no other pleasure in life could replicate it. But 30 seconds of Nirvana not worth the after effect.

Thank you GT. I told Hakky that my injury was 4 months ago but didn’t think to ask if he thought there was more healing to be done. Asked EID what he thought right after it happened and he said they like to see how erections recover over 3-6 months so I’m right in the middle. Tough call I have lost no length just girth at the injury. My erections I would say are about 80%-90% firm on my daily 20mg cialis routine.

Mark1974 is referring to a comment a while back by a few members that mentioned that their penises were a bit colder than a normal flesh temp. I personally didn't put much stock in it. Heck, as a young dating couple. My wife, gf at the time, had sex many times during winter activities in the snow. I'm sure my penis was very cold. She wasn't bothered by it in the least.
Ok, back on subject. I'm going to make a difficult suggestion. I think you said a deposit was riding on this so I'm guessing that you might be doing this on self pay. Just to help your mind get through those inevitable dark times while you're recovering. I'd suggest to change your surgery date to a little past Eid's 6 month timeline. Not that I think it'll change your surgery or recovery. But at those dark times you can fight back with the thoughts that you did everything that the best in the industry suggested.
It is easy to let bad thoughts consume you with doubt. A short delay might help you through those thoughts. If you feel that you can get past those thoughts of doubt that you did the right thing then go ahead with your current surgery date. Good luck.
