Call me crazy, but I take it right up to 15 hg then release and repeat -- have never had a problem and have had significant increased length. And now that I'm a year out, I only use it every few days -- and I never lose any length in-between. Just my experience fwiw.

Yep, the LeLuv Maxi is one I linked too, I just linked to one on Amazon. Also been a good device for me. It's interesting you just can't get past 25. I can get to there and keep it there for a while. Not every time, but is my goal sometimes.

Also I recently discovered there's a LeLuv ULTIMA too...https://www.kodidistributing.com/produc ... 21cd&_ss=r

I'm usually pumping up the implant first, but I also use VEDs while flaccid occasionally. I have no solid reason on why that is necessary or beneficial, but overall I kinda figure more exercise is better than less, so why not. And by pulling the penis past the tubing, you mean the tubing of your implants? Not entirely sure how that would work. I think it's reasonable to be worried about a lot of things regarding this much pumping pressure on your dick, and I didn't initially know this was natural or possible. But been my experience and what I hear from most all other patients as well as the medical research that these are perfectly safe. Our dicks might be a lot stronger than we thought.

Yeah, I think I've mostly gotten used to it. Used the Bathmate at the max I could get it to, which felt even more intense. I do have a long history of making poor choices, and I don't even know for sure if it's necessary or helpful, but I don't think I'm the only man out there who goes for it.

I made it up to 20HG, I am waiting on a revision, so I am making sure I don't lose any sizes. I was little over 8 inches in length and inches in girth. I want to make it over 9 inches in length is my goal. I moved back to a 2-inch tube so I can get more length. I don't know if I will ever get to 25HG, that's a lot of pressure.

Sorry but IMO "more" is NOT necessarily better for VED use, whether you've got an implant or not.

I used a VED, off & on, for decades prior to getting my implant w/no problems but I only used moderate pressure for short periods of time.

The few times that I used "excessive" pressure, blisters formed on my glans which sometimes broke and bled, which required time to heal during which I couldn't use the VED. So, I quickly stopped doing that!

I just started using my VED gear postop. I am using a 2" tube at only 5hg for 10 mins 1x/day.

Preop my erect dick measured 5.75" L x 5 5" G. I gained 1/4 in G to 5 75" G immediately postop but there was no corresponding increase in L at that time

I just started using my VED gear 2wks ago (5 wks postop) & in that short period of time, the size of my inflated dick increased from 5.75" L x 5.75"G to 6" L x 6" G.

So, based on my experience, you do not need to use high VED pressure to achieve a quick and noticeable increase in size.

My follow up apt was the most lackluster depressing uninformative shoulder shrugging event I have had from a professional who just made me feel like now that I paid for the pitch he couldn’t give a shit.

I asked l why it seemed that the average lose of erection length was way more dramatic with me than the medical REPORTS I read and he just was like “yeah that happens” and I said ok will the Titan you put in me get any longer with cycling … “no it only ads girth… yeah sorry about that… maybe use a Vacuum device and see if that helps….” I left without saying a word and I don’t feel very encouraged… right now (there was more to this) but I do know 2 things I have to get a new DR ….and I have to keep trying — can anyone recommend a device for me and do you use it when pumped or before….. or when?

I would just use aggressive cycling of your implant. I see that you were implanted the end of January, so your surgical capsule shouldn't be set yet.

My doc wanted me to do 2 times a day in the shower for 10 minutes.

I went further, I would do 2 times a day in the shower and while shaving for 20 minutes each time.

There is also advanced cycling techniques out here on FrankTalk, just do a search for cycling. I think there are some Youtube videos also on the subject.

I also did a warm sit bath once a day. I would inflate to 50% and stretch my penis in all directions, up, down, side to side and pull outwards.
Then I would pump it up to the max that I could and sit in the bath with it fully inflated until I couldn't handle the pain in my shaft and the glans area.

Surgical Capsule:
Capsule formation is a potential postoperative risk of an inflatable penile implant surgery. If no cycling (successive cycles of penile implant inflation and deflation) occurs soon after surgery, penis size may be reduced due to the growth of a psuedo-capsule around the inflatable cylinders.

This can happen with the reservoir also, so you need to make sure you deflate your implant inflatable cylinders by squeezing out all of the fluid back to the reservoir so that a capsule doesn't form around a smaller reservoir where the individual has been leaving their implant inflated all day at low levels.

Yes, Fire your doctor, it sounds like he doesn't care about you once he got the implant installed.

Good Luck,

Sorry to hear about the bad experience you had. I know how stressful it is. Some placces just have terrible aftercare, and it's such a sensitive and anxious time.

There's many members here who gained not only girth but also length back with their titan. Read Merrix journal, he actually gained more length than pre-op size, although this could be due to his penis being atrophied from ED.

So, don't stress, there is hope out there.

See another doc, cycle aggressively, incorporate VED (Cautiously). You wlil be good.
