The information posted almost 5 years ago was that stiches past 8 weeks are an infection risk and need to be removed. I just cut and pulled mine out at home but if you are not able and still have stitches past 8 weeks any urgent care or your regular doctor can remove them. For me my insurance had a high co-pay to go to a specialist for every visit. And some no cost visits to my family doctor so I could have gone to them if I wanted. And my Uro takes longer to get in to see. But that is an option if you had your surgery local. I travelled and it was a long way to go to my surgeon just for a couple of stitches.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.
