One month in

Postby Exspecto » Tue Mar 07, 2023 6:39 am

Hi all
Can't believe it's a month since my implant (peno scrotal) and I'm so pleased to say it's been pretty much problem free. At the weekend I even had a dog jump into my meat and two veg when out on a walk, and there was only " normal" pain!

I was deflated at 7 days by Professor Ralph and he showed me how to use it at that time ( a little early he said but I lived a way away). It was sore then so my cycling was only occasional but as the swelling had eased off it has become so much easier and grabbing the pump and release value seems second nature. I'm still not sure of the effectiveness of the one touch, as it seems better to hold it down when deflating.

I have a small scrotal scar with a tiny bit of scab still there. I can sleep on my front, wear jeans etc so I feel in a pretty good position. Just need to wait for week 5 to be over and I'm good to give it a try.

I thought I'd post this as a hopeful good news story.

Take care

Nice you're having little pain. My healing was a tough ride. Then my grandson headbutted me straight to the head about 9-10 weeks out. Accident, but wow it hurt.
To deflate I always hold the button as I squeeze my shaft. Once I get as much fluid out a couple pumps on the bulb locks it from auto-inflating. Best of luck moving forward!

On the highly personal topic of a penile implant, which most of us undertake without knowing another living soul whose had it done, it’s great to be in a community that totally gets what you’re experiencing and who truly stand with you through it all and are concerned when one has issues and who feel genuine happiness for their bionic brother who is able to share another good report.

Happy to hear about your recovery. You’re destined to become the next success story! Continued best wishes.

It's good to hear that you are healing quickly and everything is working. It was tough for me the first 4 weeks with scrotum and shaft pain, especially when I got device training, because the pump was so painful to pump, but things kept getting better as time went on.
We hope that you continue to get better and soon you will be able to use it! Yay!
Good Luck,

I'm 7 wks post op and have a Titan Touch too. I've tried various approaches but I find that holding the button down "longer" works better.

I timed it and It takes me about 8-10 secs to fully deflate my implant while holding the button down and squeezing my dick to remove the saline from the implant.

However, the "one touch" feature (holding the button down 1-2 secs to open the valve) does not allow the valve to stay open long enough for me to fully deflate the implant.

The valve will usually close in just 4-5 secs which requires me to press the button at least once more to fully deflate the implant.

So, what I do now is hold the button down continuously (about 6-8 secs) while I'm sqeezing my dick to remove the saline from the implant until I can feel the implant crinkle in my hand (before it is fully deflated) and then release the button, which allows me enough time to fully deflate the implant by sqeezing the rest of the saline out before the valve closes.
