I think it would be a good idea to do this sometimes, just concerned about the risks.
More likely is uncapsulization of the reservoir. If this occurred, this would eventually prevent deflating to less than 30%.
This is one of my fears, as I was inflated for 5 weeks at about 70-80%.
I think sleeping partially inflated could be good, and intimate with a sexual partner too. I think most people can still get hand/blow jobs at 30-40% with some engorgement too.
