I am very interested in malleables too but there just arent many guys on here who have them. I can only think of maybe 4 or 5 who have posted something about them. I do like the fact they seem like they would be a lot less maintenance with very few parts subject to breakage. I think a malleable that would maintain my length and then get some urofil injections to keep my girth would be about perfect on paper BUT in the real world trying to conceal that in shorts, running, at the beach, in front of the grandkids may be a lot of bother. Secondly since the implant basically keeps you stretched all the time it makes me worry about erosion 5 years down the road since I am very physically active. Anyway....thats my .02 on the matter

I'm not sure having the penis stretch 24 hours would be comfortable, what about erosion?.
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

All questions I’m curious about as well. It’s the easy maintenance for me. I just feel like you loose girth in compared to IPP

No I’m currently on my 3rd revision unfortunately. As soon as I get insurance or the money for surgery I’m going in for it, I just don’t know if I should go malleable or not. I’m pretty young so if I go IPP, I’d have to go down a road of many revisions still

You are right as a young person malleable is a right choice even i have heard this from indian doctor. In India 80 to 90 percent doctors are doing malleables. I am also doing research on it. We have a brother mbambo here who told us about his journey of rigicon malleable and after reading his journey i realised he is super happy with it. Can someone ask about erosion in malleable from reputed doctor and share the information here because in my country i do not have any reputed doctor in this field. Any information would be a great help.

Not in a weird way but I feel like I need to see some post op photos. It’s like when I go out to eat, I always go look at the food reviews AND photos. I want to know what I’m getting myself into. I’m worried of being shorten or losing girth

If someone is paying out of pocket…Are revision typically cheaper than the very first time you have the 3 piece installed?
