How much does it bend?

Postby LM-N-TX » Tue Jan 24, 2023 8:07 am

OK I may be overthinking this ahead of my surgery I wanted to know from the implant experts here.
Does your implant when it’s pumped up for sex bend a little up or down for different sex positions? The only real implanted penis I’ve seen is on a video and the guy is standing up and it’s straight out at a 3 o’clock angle.
Do you have to pump it up 50%, 60%, 70% or what pressure when you are being wild in bed but don’t want to hurt anything or your partner?
I hope I am making sense here.
69 years old. Had Full ED for 3 years. Tried pills and injection.
Had my infrapubic implant surgery March 17 2023 with AMS 700 LGX. (so far so good)

I’m officially 3 weeks postop today and i’ll be following this. I’m 60% activated for 4-6 weeks after which cycling begins. I hope next week. At 60% i’m at 3:00. I asked this question hon another thread and Amanscali indicated that depending on percentage of activation his angle varies with 100% activation giving him 2:00. However, his and his partners sexual satisfaction sounds through the roof.

Sure, i’d like to have the 45 degrees+ north of my youth, but it’s m not sweating it. After all, by all accounts it gets as hard, or harder then it ever was and because it’s silicone and adjustable most all indicate it bends and conforms to fit perfectly to whatever the target orifice is. Makes sense to me. I’m not going to allow the aesthetics of clock position worry me too much. I’ll keep you posted as i begin cycling soon.

I have been pumping fully for cycling, and yes it stands out at 3 o'clock very ridgid.
But you can pump up just enough to get hard and flexable for sex.
Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

When pumped up fully I stick straight out at 3 o'clock. It bends up or down for sex, pretty much like it always has.
I am able to "flex" it a bit and make it jump a little.

At full pump, it points to 3:00. However it will swivel at the base in any angle (within reason) comfortably. Truly a multi-use tool--the gift that keeps on giving.

My cock sticks pretty much straight out at 3:00. Pre-OP it was up, maybe more like 45 degrees. I figure the angle is based on two things. The angle of the base where it goes into your body plus the "arc" of the penis itself. The operation doesn't change the base angle, but the arc goes away. The Titan is straight, straight, straight.

This was definitely something I was curious about before the operation. My preference was to keep the angle that I had. I was used to it. It fit nicely into my current partner in the positions we used.

But in the end I didn't even ask the doctor about about it. First, I figured that the doc wouldn't be able to predict accurately. And second, I was going to get the operation either way. I wasn't getting the operation to improve the angle of my dick. I was getting the operation to have a reliable erection that didn't require planning ahead with pills that made me stuffy and sometimes gave me a headache. Based on the photos I'd seen, though, I predicted that my dick would most likely go from that graceful upward arch to being straight out at ninety degrees, and that's exactly what happened.

And knowing exactly how it would turn out, I would do it again.

As for how bendy it is, that depends on how much I pump. Fully pumped up it is very, very hard. But it still works fine for sex when it is quite a bit less hard. Sometimes what I do is pump it all the way up to make sure all of the creases and crinkles are out, then left it deflate until a little softness sets in, and then take a tiny pump to lock the valve. That is a good "foundation" for sex. It might be a tad soft, but it's very close so it doesn't take much to get it to "just right".

Agree with Old Dog -- even at 100% it can bend at the base for all possible positions that I know of :)

Since I started cycling I’ve been going the perito exercises… very gently at first but by 4 months was stabilizing the base with one hand and bending it for all it’s worth, down by the base in the middle and out towards the glans. When fully pumped as hard as I can get it there’s no vagina that’s going to bend it. It will still move around as a whole but the actual implants don’t bend much. My wife likes it about 90% for oral or messing around but then she likes it rock hard as we get into it. Every person on giving or receiving end might prefer it different. Beauty is we have an infinitely adjustable dick. Find what works best for you and your SO.

Even pumped to steel hard, mine will bend at the base. Hard, I can lay on my belly with my dick pointed to my navel. 3 o'clock standing up.
