Badly bruised-normal?

I was implanted last Thursday by Dr. Lavine in Chicago. Had to stay overnight because they inserted a drain. Now, 4 days later my testicles are swollen and badly bruised. Just wondering if this is normal and when I could expect the swelling to go down and the bruising to go away.

Yes that's normal. My ball sack was very tender for about 3 weeks and black and blue for most of that time. Also, I couldn't wear anything tight in that area. It's now been 6 weeks and I can wear my skinny tight jeans and I'm back in the gym lifting heavy weights. One thing that I didn't expect was the size of my flaccid penis; I'm 6" flaccid and my flaccid girth is the size I was before surgery when erect. It's taken a little getting used to but I've embraced the idea of a nice size package that is quite obvious in my skinny jeans. The wife says go with it and be proud. The doc also said it will not shrink when swimming in cold water either LOL.
