Cant speak for delayed ejaculated but I have " dry orgasms" I don't produce any ejaculated or precum I think it's a sode affect of a drug called pregablin for my neuropathy I took some years ago and I've never been came since.

I can say my orgasms feel just as good and I "finish" in the same time frame sex or masterbation.so if that's anything to go by I'd assume it's the same sort of tien frame pre regardless of implant operation.... this is all guess work but in my case time wise nothing had changed in regards to how quick I orgasm

Honestly i get it being of a younger age and having a cloud over everything because of ED. Private message me and if you'd like q voice or video call we can arrange one and answer whatever worries you have regarding pills or injections or the implant I've done it all as have most people on here.

To answer your question, from my personal experience, I did not have a delay before but developed one after implant. In fact I could not orgasm during sex at all for about 11 months. Now I can, however, and will detail the factors that enabled it in another thread I’ll post later today. Bottom line — the problem can be overcome.

Never had an issue with delayed ejaculation before my implant. After implant it was taking a long time to finish. It took me maybe 6 months to get all the sensation back in order to ejaculate in my normal time frame.
