Who's the best UK surgeon for an implant?

Looking to get one in the near future. Erections for me are extremely hit and miss and I'm worried about losing length as I rarely get full erections anymore. Used to be 6.5 inches but more towards 6 inches now.
Whks the best UK surgeon and if I do get one, will I lose any size at all?

Hey I had mine nearly 6 weeks ago through lings hospital london /guys and St thomas.

I used Giulio Garaffa at International Andrology excellent implanter.

Hi Steve its been almost 4 years now. How is the implant going? Are you satisfied? Would you reccomend this to a young guy?

I'm happy to report that everything is really going very well with no problems with the implant at all - long may it last. I have absolutely no regrets in getting it done.
I would recommend an implant to you but only after every other option has been tried. Remember that there's no going back once it's done - of course you probably won't want to go back either!!
Get the best surgeon you can afford & you won't regret it.
