I am about the same length as you maybe 7in or just under and about 5.5-6in girth depending on quality of my erection. Do you think I will lose girth with the surgery?

I've gained maybe 0.2" in girth but I don't cycle as much as I should. I think there's a good chance you could keep your girth with a titan though seems possible you could lose a bit of it since you are on the larger end
