Hi Guys, hope your all doing great. i am 30 years old with spinal cord injury i am planing to get an implant soon in south Korea with Dr Sean Park, i am very censured about the size and i saw guys complains to lost of size and seams no one gain it fully back thats a bad on the mental aspect for us as man. i was just a bit over 8 inch and around 6 inch in girth now my best is 7 in and 5 in girth i cant get fully hard i am afraid that when i get the implant i will be 6 to 6.5 if so i think i will not use it with a woman due to confident issue. why the doctors dont care to find a way to improve this major problem size matter when you use to make them shake and they eyes turns all white no better felling can match it .

If you go to a high volume implant surgeon in thr US, you can heavily mitigate size loss.

Its about the function, not the size. You will br grateful you can use your dick to hammer in nails.
