After Implant Surgery- what does everyone’s significant other think vs pre-bionic ?

Postby billigan70 » Mon Jan 16, 2023 9:01 am

I am guessing that on some level, everyone who has become bionic has asked their significant other, what they feel about the changes -

For me - I’m 4 surgeries in , my first 2017.
It’s can say with certainty it’s definitely been a journey so far.

Personally , I am very happy with my overall results !
She initially said she was happy with my results but also said she saw little to no difference in overall appearance and physical feeling. For me, it’s much much better.
the only downside for me is it’s actually too sensitive which causes a lot of pressure for me to keep from going to too soon. I would say double the sensitivity!

She’s getting upset with me because I’ll turn my head towards the tv or anything else that can cause a distraction for myself. As I am sure, most would agree it’s important to me that she gets to finish before me! Seems to be getting harder and harder , no pun intended lol

As a guy 13 days (comfortably) post op, this is most encouraging!

My wife has only said one thing about my bionic penis, and that was the first time we put it to use.
"It's a bit shorter, isn't it?" Nice way to start, huh? I suppose I've gained some back since, but as long as I can please her size doesn't matter. Anymore she handles it like she always did. She does tell me during sex how good it feels.

My wife is crazy for my bionic dick, it’s longer and way thicker than before and our new routine is she sucks on it while I pump it up and she says it’s just like before having ED, having it grow in her mouth.

I made the mistake of asking my wife of 35 years to be honest after the first few times having sex with my 4 weeks into it implant. She frowned and said it feels small! And short! This crushed me although I have researched and this is a common problem until it’s broke in. I was a little over an inch short and it felt really small in my hand also. 3-4 months in she said one day it seemed to be getting bigger. Then by 6-7 months after a great hour of sex she said now that’s the dock I remember! I measured and I was about an 1/8” short and actually bigger in girth than pre implant. Never looked back! Took a lot of pumping and perito exercises but it’s definitely back and harder than ever before

I am totally with her on that :D :D . TV!! That is a No! No!! [Ok, I stop clowning] I have heard about desensitizing wipes for PE. Never tried but you can look at it. Who knows? Meanwhile, turn TV off and keep up the good spirit.

Two things I do with my lover is satisfied with sex (1) make sure she has orgasmed at least once before I put penis iin vagina. (Cunnilingus) and (2) I don't bother with trying to hold back my orgasm. I just keep thrusting if more coital time is needed. Besides, the extra lubrication of my semen is welcome.

That the implant allows me to continue after orgasm or stop coitus, change positions and re-enter for continuing coitus is the biggest advantage of my implant. (My ED involved early ejaculation because extreme stimulation was required to maintain erection - which led to either orgasm/ejaculation if stimulation was enough to maintain erection or collapse if stimulation was not enough.)

My wife says, "I can't tell the difference." But she is also the type who wouldn't dwell on the negatives if there were any, she is just glad we are still screwing at 78 & 76. One thing that I do notice though, she seems to cum faster than she did before, and it seems so weird to hear her say, "I'm sorry I came so fast", words I thought I would never hear.

My wife didn't care pre-surgery or post-surgery. Twelve years later the pump failed and she didn't care about that either. Sometimes in life things things don't work out as you might have hoped. See my signature.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
Life is not the way it's supposed to be, it's the way it is.
