Outgrowing VEDs w Implant

I've outgrown the 3.25 wide VED I have. I noticed I've been making no length gains after a certain max out for months. But then I realized the girth at the bottom blocks more stretching. I know non implant guys can outgrown pumps, but didn't realize we could too. Thoughts?

I'd just cautious to not over pump the VED and worsen any veinous leakage, particularly to the glans.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Curious -- do you mean you are outgrowing a 3.25" wide VED tube? That would imply a girth of about 10"....
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.
