I am coming up on 4 months out of surgery, I can't use the oral medications so I don't get any help with engorgement, but there is a big difference for me just pumping up and being pumped up with sexual stimulation. I get a lot more engorgement with the stimulation. I was told it would get better with time and it is.

Same here. Gained length and retained most of my girth. My wife first brought it up that I’m larger.
