Implant pain when cycling

Postby Keeper1985 » Fri Jan 13, 2023 5:38 pm

Hello, I started cycling two days ago and when I have it fully inflated it hurts, small amount but it is there. Will this go away before we are released for sex in four more weeks? If not that is okay.

Hi I'm just kver 4 weeks post op and cycling well. ( nurse was surprised she could even touch me 3 weeks post op. I'm trying 30 mins to an hour twice a day.. going OK. Honestly every day is better and less painful just he patient. I was in lots of discomfort and pain a couple weeks in but 4 weeks and I can keep erect for an hour and not have much pain at all. Just give time and every person's journey ey is differant. Some people take months to cycle.

Feel free to pm if need any notes know my journey and pics etc

Yep, cycling often hurts early on. Pumping to the max in the beginning, caused a sharp, stabbing pain in my glans. As time went on and I continued cycling, the pain lessened, and I could stay fully hard for longer and longer amounts of time. Now fully inflated for long periods of time causes no pain. You just have to have patience and give it time. It will work out.

It’s normal. At first I was in a lot of pain too. I’m 12 weeks out and very little discomfort fully inflated now.

Assuming you're having sex now, but at what point, given the pain you felt early on during cycling, did you feel comfortable having sex?

Was your surgery IP or PS? I'm 10 days post op and won't start cycling for awhile. Doc says that will start between weeks 4-6. If you had PS, did it hurt your scrotum much doing all that squeezing where the surgery site is?
