Hey buddy. Just going to jump onto your thread here and report my own cycling progress. Hope you don't mind.

I don't mind, since you are at about the same point in recovery as I am, even though you are 6 wks post penoscrotal as opposed to me at 3 wks post infrapubic, but the people who are following you specifically may lose track of you if you continue posting here rather than in your own thread.

23 Days Post-Op: 02/16 2023 330pm

Report on Post-Op Appt w/Dr. Karpman today. Had to wait any extra hour to see him.

Karpman was "thrilled" by my progress. As good as could be expected. Considers me a poster boy for penile implants.

Asked him a variety of questions, which he answered as follows:

1) Why does the implant self-inflate to about 20% after deflation? It's normal. Don't worry about it. Be happy that you'd got a "chubby" package.

2) How long do I need to continue taking baths while cycling? Until your junk gets back to "normal." About 3 months.

3) How long will dick feel "sore" when inflated? Until it's maxed out and canot expand anymore, which will take at least 3 months and maybe as long as a year.

4) How long til the swelling in my balls goes away? Should be gone in 6 wks (3 wks more).

5) How long & how often should I continue cycling? 1-2x/day for at least 3 months; after that 3x's wk would be enough but I can do more if I like. Hot baths or not; my option.

Actual f*cking is better than cycling but, if that's not available, a Fleshlight would work too. LOL!

6) How much of an increase in length/girth can I expect if/when I reach max? About 1/2 inch in length and about 1/2-1" in girth. Wow!!!

7) My glans is smaller than the shaft; what's your opinion re: using Trimix gel? Don't need it because my glans gets engorged while masturbating and surely will as well when f*cking. Purely cosmestic; don't worry about it.

Karpman approved me for sex and any other physical activity.

Said that my progress is up to me in terms of following the above "instruction." Need to let the dick hang loose whenever possible. Did not recommend my wearing tight lycra shorts or anything else that binds the dick for at least 3 month.

Told to me to make another post op appointment 3 months out which I did for May 18th.

24 Days Post-Op: 02/17/2023 330pm

Said I wasn't going to post daily progress reports anymore and I'm not but I thought it was worth adding this today.

What my doc said about using a Fleshlight (aka a "fake pussy") yesterday popped into my mind and I was thinking of buying one when I remembered that I still had one that I put away in a shoebox long ago.

I also had some waterbased lube that I haven't used for awhile in the cupboard under the sink that was still good. Just needed to add a little water to loosen it up.

The fake pussy had that old "sticky" vinyl feel that I was able to mostly wash off, pumped up my dick to max, pumped some lube into the hole and went at it!

It felt really GOOD and it took my mind entirely off the uncomfortable "stretch" in my dick. Came in just a few mins. It was a very short cycling session.

25 Days Post-Op: 02/17/2023 7am

Just wanted to note that the moderate to mild soreness (not pain) that I felt constantly in my dick post op has finally gone away

My balls are still swollen & my left nut is still tender but it no longer feels uncomfortable to touch or bend my dick when it is deflated.

I have same size Titan as you but have the genesis pump. When I deflate when it gets completely flat if I want more deflation I push it into my body as in pushing the head into the shaft and can get a little more out… however no matter how much you get out there’s always the part of the implant that’s inside your body that’s going to run back into the shaft as soon as gravity has its way. I actually stopped completely deflating about 3-4 months as it’s more comfortable with just a little pressure in it. This reduces the dogears and the crinkled up tubes when fully deflated. Just some food for thought. Everything gets much easier and toughens up a lot as the months go by… by 5-6 months it will be a whole new toy to mess with and not have the soreness and discomfort. Good luck with the rest of your recovery.

After talking to my doc the other day, who said everyting is "fine," I'm just going to have to accept that I'm going to have this HUGE "show-er" from now on. There are worse things I could complain about. LOL!

I the main problem currently is that it's difficult to position my junk comfortably in my pants, which are admittedly a bit tight, but I like the pants that I've got and don't want to have to buy (pay for) new ones.

But, it is what it is, and I'm going to have to deal w/it one way or the other.

It will get more comfortable as time goes on. It took 5-6 months where I consider mine very comfortable in more fitted pants. Try Separatec underwear. The have an actual pocket in them for your junk. And also have an additional larger area as a pouch for your 3 nuts. They aren’t tight support for your junk rather give it a fitted pouch so whatever you’re wearing can mash it in without causing discomfort. They are the best thing I’ve found. It does get better.

30 days Post-Op -- 1st weekly report: 02/23/2023

Recovery is steadily progressing.

The swelling & soreness in my ball sack has almost entirely gone away but the ball sack is still slightly enlarged and can be felt when sitting. I started to develop sweaty balls which chafed against my thighs. I initially tried using vasaline to reduce the ball/thigh friction but switched to talcum powder which works better.

The tenderness in my left testicle and the pubic area just above it has also diminished. It has not gone way entirely yet but is much better.

The surgical incision has entirelly healed and is already becoming less visible but there's still an annoying (to me) remnant of the surgical suture on the left side of the incision that hasn't gone away yet.

For comfort, I bought some "kinky" briefs with a hole for the dick in front which provides support for the sack but allows the dick to hang free; much nicer fitting & feeling than the cut out jock strap I was fitted with at surgery.

I no longer feel any soreness in my dick and can place it in any position w/o discomfort.

My ball sack now sits high & tight again as it did before the implant, which I believe is typical of growers like me. This can make it difficult to grasp the pump, which still requires some pulling to achieve the best position of the pump in my hand before attempting inflation & deflation.

Inflation has always been easy but deflation can be more fiddly but I've gotten the hang of deflation now and can usually do it in just 1 try but I find holding the deflate button of the Titan Touch down continuously more effective than using the 1-2 sec "touch" method.

My dick still "self inflates" to about 20% after full deflation (when the implant feels "crinkly" in my hand) which makes it chubby but still bendable. My doc said that this is normal. So, I'm not "worried" about it but I wear thin nylon cargo pants and the "bulge" down the leg of my choice is always visible.

I haven't gotten any stares that I've noticed from either women or men yet. LOL!

The girth of my dick grew noticeably after implant from 5.5" to 5.875/6" immediately post op but there has been no measurable increase in length which is the same as pre op at 5.75". My doc says to expect some increase in length and some additional increase in girth as long as I continue to cycle at least 2x/day for 3 months post op. I think it's already thick enough but I would like some more length which make it look more proportional and less "chubby."

Although approved for sex and other activities after 23 days post op, I still haven't returned to rowing (which is my exercise of choice) because of the swelling/discomfort in my ball sack. Not as much of a problem as it would be cycling but still a problem. I plan to try to start to actively row again next week -- 5 weeks post op.

I'm between GFs and haven't had a chance to actually f*ck yet but I have already masturbated a few times and I just ordered a new Fleshlight masturbation toy (to replace the old sticky one that I pulled out of storage) to use until I find a new GF &/or sex partner.

Unless something worth mentioning comes up before then, my next weekly report will be posted here on Thu, March 2nd.

5 weeks (35 days) post op: 2/28/2023

Posting again a few days early to get on a weekly schedule.

Recovery still progressing steadily w/o any problems.

Ball sack is riding high, as it was pre op, which is normal for a pre op "grower" like me. So, while my dick now hangs like a show-er's would, the implant didn't give me the "low hangers" to match.

While still chubby and always about 20% inflated after deflation, the deflated hang angle has decreased to about 5 o'clock which makes it look more natural.

Still not soft but it is bendable, just not bendable enough to hang completely naturally yet. When fully inflated, my dick still points at about 3:15.

Implant now gets fully inflated w/25-30 squeezes to the pump. Always need to add about 5 squeezes after 30 mins or so to keep it at max. Dick is hard but not rock hard because I can still bend it slightly at max which is probably for the best to allow some flex while fucking which will also probably minimize the possiblity of injury.

My ball sack still looks slightly swollen & bigger than pre op and left nut is still tender to the touch but both problems have been steadily diminishing. Doc said both should go away in 6 wks. So, next wk will be the test of that theory.

HOwever, while the ball sack looks almost normal, I still need to dust my balls with talcum powder to prevent chafing between my balls & thighs.

There's also still an annoying remnant of the suture knot visible on the left side of my infrapubic incision. The suture is white which stands out against my tan skin. The incision has healed completely & becomes less visible each day, except for the attention grabbing & annoying suture remnant that will hopefully drop off soon.

While the soreness in my dick has gone away while deflated, the soreness returns while each inflation as is to be expected. So, I started taking 2 500mg Tylenol & 3 200mg Ibuprofen prior to each cycling session to try to prevent &/or alleviate that soreness.

I am only taking a hot bath while cycling once in the morning now. Am doing the 2nd daily cycling session in a recline w/an electric hot pad while watching TV. Both sessions are a min 1hr long.

I find doing Perito exercises boring and there's no way that I can bend my implant fully inflated more than 10-15 degrees in any direction as shown in Perito's video. So, I don't see how effective doing them would be, especially since I can't pump much if any more saline into the implant after doing then

However, my doc & Perito both said that actual f*cking would be better than doing the Perito exercises and my doc said that using a Fleshlight while masturbating would be a good substitute for f*cking.

So, I both a Fleshlight and am using it periodically for this purpose but using the Fleshlight feels SO good that I have to limit its use to last 15 mins or so of cycling. Of course, I don't lose my erection after cumming any more but I just want to roll over & have a cigarette when I do which would otherwise cut my cycling session short.

LOL!

Was hoping to start rowing (my main/only form of exercise pre op) this week but the tenderness in my left nut still makes that uncomfortable. Will try again next week.
