Mid 20s, just got titan coloplast one touch, freaking out about size please help

As to how I got here, I had a functional penis up until age 14, had an injury and never woke up with morning wood again, nor spontaneous erections, could never get one with just my mind and much weaker erections when masturbating. Let this go on for around a decade before I finally got the courage to talk about it(was either work to fix it or suicide honestly) and as you probably know when you don't get proper blood flow for this long it atrophies. Anyway, met with a highly regarded, high volume surgeon and he did the implant. In the office stretched my penis and said you will be this length after surgery, that length was about 5.5. Just started pumping about a month after surgery I am sitting at about 4/4.5 inches and freaking out. 5.5 is not huge but I would be so happy to be there. He did mention now that pumping every day is a sort of physical therapy for your penis and I have read on here about other people have gained length over time but I just don't understand how that happens? It doesn't seem like just pumping and pumping this thing daily will lead to more length unless each day it loosens up by an almost imperceptible amount each day(like millimeters) and you don't realize gains for months. I'm concerned to just pump each day without trying to get this addressed because I know that can lead to more atrophy if nothing changes. Anyway, can anyone who got the titan chime in on whether they were their stretched length immediately after surgery, whether they were originally shorter and later gained length (and what your cycling protocol was if this was the case) or if they were shorter and never regained the length. Thanks so much for any input.

Hey buddy. I'm 4 weeks post op with the same concerns but I asked my ED nurse about the length and she said its not the surgery that loses the length its the fact its not been used in a long time such as not having morning wood or being as secually active due to the ED. I've read alot of articles on her regarding the same thing. Give it 6 months and cycle as your doing its about being patient . We have to be grateful for a functioning penis is now right??? I'd rather be 4 inch hard than 5.5 flaccid.. give it time your new like I am and still swollen and adjusting patience is key is what I've read on here. We will get it back buddy just sont expect so much so soon

First of all, quit freaking out. It doesn't accomplish a damned thing.

Next… you say you just got implanted. When? It makes a huge difference. What you see at 3 weeks is going to be less than what you see at 3 months which may be less than what you see at a year.

You had a Titan put in. Do you know implant size plus RTEs? There is not a perfect correlation between implant size and final penis size, since men vary in their anatomy. That being said, there is definitely a correlation. I think I would trust the doctor. If he said 5 1/2, then after 6 months to a year of healing and cycling I would expect to see 5 1/2.

Three years after they installed my AMS I am back to where I was before the implant. Not much has changed in a couple of years. So yeah, it pretty much took a full year of cycling to get back to my original dimensions. I do not know if that’s common. Listening to other guys on this website, I believe you are likely to see it take 6 months or so to get close to your desired 5 1/2, and it could be as much as a year.

Without knowing more (like when your surgery was done, etc) I can’t tell you much beyond listen to the doctor. I can tell you that 2 or 3 weeks after surgery I was sitting around 4.5” wondering if I had made a terrible mistake. At the 3 year mark it was the best medical treatment I ever had done.

And if your surgery was recent enough that you still have some swelling, you really do need to calm down! In my case the surgery was infrapubic, the pad above penis atop the pubic bone had some swelling there for 6-8 weeks. When the last of the swelling went away it was like voila. Another 1/2 - 3/4 inch basically overnight. If your surgery is still fresh enough that you have some swelling, then you are way too early to worry about size.

As my signature says Titan 20 plus 1RTE. Post I was 7” in a VED or with injections. Immediately post at first pump up I was at 5-3/4” at 4-5 months was at 6-1/4” now at 8 months I’m back at or very near my 7”. From day one of pumping I have rigorously pumped for 30min twice a day and from about 4-5 weeks I have done the Perito exercises which have you pump to max and hold penis at base and bend it up down right and left. And the. Try to get some more pumps in. It does work. Now I pump and bend as close to base as possible and then mid shaft and again near tip. Then pump it up again as hard as possible and last few weeks can never get any more in and not able to bend it much more, assuming I’m about maxed which is perfect! I’ll continue to exercising probably for the first full year and now usually only once a day as I’m happy where I am and just want to maintain. I’ve read of several people who get a little more I’ve time, even up to a year and a half so it’s a slow progress. Just enjoy and stay at it. It’ll probwork out in the end.

Over the first 9 months, my Titan-length increased significantly. Probably right at two inches. Give this some time and don't come to a conclusion until you are at one year. I bet you get to that 5.5 and beyond.

I’m very grateful for the replies here this answered my personal questions I had the titan 3 days ago and was devastated at the size I was at discharge. This post put my mind right… thank you all!

The men above are correct, if you are only 3 days out of surgery you should not even be thinking about length. Just let your body heal, you are more swollen than you realize which makes you dick look shorter than it is. Don't worry about length for a month or two. Every surgery is different, just like we are all different, we are human beings and no two are alike. You are way too early in recovery to be cycling, just relax and don't worry, let your body heal and soon you will be on here telling us how awesome your new dick is.
