Pump visible when the balls are saggy

Any of you guys who have an implant is it more noticeable if ur balls are saggy and the pump just hangs there

Yes, it is evident--like a third testicle, though smaller. In comfort terms, not noticable to me. Easily an acceptdable trade-off for the benefits received.

Yes, it is visible when my sac is relaxed, but like Oldog I'm not usually aware of it unless I sit on my balls. When that happens, it hurts more than it did pre-implant. Small price to pay though.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.
