Need help…

Just received my AMS700 LGX on 12/20/22. Surgery went well. Aside from heavy bruising, only minor soreness at the incision area and entire package. I went back to the Dr last week for first attempt at “launching”. Got to admit, i was a very disappointed with the results. Length and girth just wasn’t there at all and at best it was 75% hard.

I tried at home as well but it was very difficult to squeeze the pump and when i was finally able i couldn’t get it pumped up anymore. The pump became rock hard. Giving it everything i had i couldn’t get one more squeeze out of it. The next day i tried several times again with the same results.

Today, I pumped it up again until the pump was rock hard. I jumped in the hot shower and continued to try and got maybe 4-5 more pumps out of it. I got it rock hard but still no length or girth. WTF?

Isn’t the LGX supposed to give the more girth and length? I wasn’t the largest at 6.5” but girth was huge (don’t have measurement). Best i can get not is maybe 5”+/- in length

Any thoughts? Will i get my 6.5 and girth back?

lol, you don't actually need help. What you need is patience!!!!!!!!!

You had a major intensive surgery done to your dick 18 days ago. For me it was 28 days before my urologist activated it. You don't need to do anything. If your dick wasn't smaller now, well that would be some kind of a problem. You've got over a year to recover your size, and it's slow and gradual. I was down over 2" at first and the device didn't seem to ever work. Cause it can't yet, it needs practice. Remember, patience!!!

Edit: I think it's called extensive surgery? Whatever.

Agree - you don't need help at this point, it's normal, what you have now is not what your end result will look like.

Another member dropped a similar post to yours very recently that I responded to at length - click on my name/posts to find it. But ya, patience and exercise are all you need right now. Cycle and cycle some more. Enjoy!

UPDATE:

I just pumped 50 times and got 80%. Why would i need to pump so much and still not get fully hard?

Hmm...you didn't seem to listen to what I told you. PATIENCE!!!

I remember when I first started pumping it. The whole first day I didn't get one pump. I was squeezing by the deflate button or something. Next day I finally figure it out get a few pumps. Then the pump was super hard. Then it wasn't. I never got fully hard either. No one does 18 days out. Patience!

Welcome to the site. ED causes size loss. Prevention of loss and maintaining size starts before surgery. It includes VED exercise and surgeon selection. Early activation (starting cycling) is a good indication of a good doctor. But all that is done now and you can't go back. How much you will get back will take a lot of time to determine. I had gains out past a year with my LGX and cycling for most of that time.

I agree with the others that you need to just work on cycling. That is your job now. The pump will take some time to break in and soften. The cylinders will also and expand. And you will learn how to cycle better. There most likely is improvement (a lot) if you do the work of cycling. Heat helps and I used an electric heating pad. It helps soften the cylinders as well as the pump. The pump is self lubricating and the more you use it the better it gets. Follow your doctors instructions and avoid infection. Infection in most cases cause even more size loss. So don't do anything that can result in infection.

Take some time and read a bit on this site. Use the search function in the upper right. And you can use the web search to help understand things a bit more. But if that does not work and you have questions you can ask here.

Big difference in size. i was able to get a full blown erection but just couldn’t maintain it. Length and girth were there. Surgery changed that. Girth is minimal and length is a good 1-1.5” shorter. I cycle it 3-4 times a day and best i can get is a firm skinny chubby… and that’s with 30+ pumps.
I read all these posts where guys are saying they’re hard but not full length yet. I get the length issue but with 30 pumps it should at least be harder. At what point do you stop pumping? Sometimes it gets so hard to pump i think my ball sack is going to be black and blue. Honestly, i think i may have a defect. Others i speak to are not having the same issues

Yeah, I'm pretty sure all of us had the same exact issues. You're just being paranoid, which is understandable because you got your dick sliced open and what man wouldn't be? But really, everything about how many pumps it can take, your size, all of that shit, means absolutely nothing right now. You've got over a year. Your dick being smaller is a good thing, if it wasn't, something else must've gone wrong. Patience, remember?

Rjm: did they use any RTEs during the surgery? It ought to be on the implant card they gave you.

First of all, what you need isn’t really help. What you need is time.

You’re less than a month into the big adventure. I just went past 3 years. You said you started with 6 1/2”. I started out at 6.8”. Mine was thick (6” girth). You said yours was also.

They put a 21 cm LGX in you, I don’t know what you have in terms of RTEs. I am the proud owner of the 18 cm LGX with 5 cm of RTEs, for a total implant of 23 cm.

A month into this I was where you are. I kept a brave face but subconsciously wondered if I had F-ed up like a soup sandwich. The doc and the PA said cycle, you’ll be fine. So I cycled. And cycled some more. At 6 months I was a lot better. At a year I was even better. At three years I’m totally sold.

The difference in length between what I measure in my bathroom and what I had before surgery, trimix induced is .06”. And part of that might be converting cm to inches. But I ended up with an honest 6 3/4” and that’s more than enough for anything I need to do. I don’t need any porn talent scouts banging on the front door.

I’ll be honest. I lost a little girth. Still, I’m somewhere between 5 1/2 and 6 and if anything it looks better than mine did beforehand. At 6.8x6 mine always looked sort of like one of the atomic bombs that got dropped on Japan.

I’m not minimizing or dismissing your concerns. God knows I’ve been exactly where you are. But the best I can do is to tell you be patient, cycle, and the LGX ought to get you awfully damned close to where you were when you started.

I was where you are now T 1 month… disappointed to say the least. It DOES get better with patience and exercises and pumping,pumping, and pumping some more. The pump gets much softer, the scrotum gets much tougher skin, the implants get much more flexible and softer. At 6 months I was totally satisfied!
