Hi guys. I was implanted 8June. 24cm Titan classic.

This picture was taken this morning 7 Jan.
As much as I try I’m unable (so far) to get my penis any flatter. I enjoy my new penis, but sometimes it would be nice to be somewhat less conspicuous.
Anyone have the same results or ideas? Thanks

With the xl version that is what you get with 24cm it is tough to hide period but will get more softer as it ages.
I have the 22cm Titan with standard girth and still after 2 years it still makes clothing protrude out.
Nice looking package!! I am sure some of us would like to see it inflated.

Thanks for your replies. I mistakenly said 24cm, it’s correct in my signature at 22cm. At 100% I’m 5.5x5. Yes, I do squeeze my entire penis and telescope down as I go. Always returns as I’ve shown.
I’ve tried the put an extra squeeze on the pump. I’m just exploring ideas for more flaccidity. This pic is 100% erect. Thanks

We have the same equipment. I’m 8 weeks post op and my flaccid appearance is very similar to yours. It does cause a bigger bulge than before but I’m learning to appreciate and embrace that.

Are you doing the Perito exercise when cycling? I think it’s helping to break in the cylinders.
Also, Dr. Eid told me massaging the deflated cylinders, around the base while working it downward will also help to soften and train the cylinders to hang more naturally.

Try this...
While standing, press and HOLD the release button.
Squeeze the shaft and push the penis in towards the body. Keep holding that button!
Then, when doing that, cross your legs and squeeze those pelvic muscles. (Kegels)

I know, sounds weird, but it works for me.

hi jonG2020 it looks the same length as the flaccid, on this erect pic how much it has stretched from the flaccid in the first pic
