Not implanted but I read somewhere ( or saw on a Frantalker video) that it is a pretty common mistake. A phone call to your urologist should fix the problem.
There is no reason to panic. On the happy side, it is working.

J,

I have the Coloplast Classic pump, which is different than yours, but if I were you I would look for a video demonstration, Google "Coloplast Titan Touch Demonstration" and see if what you can find.

Deflating is difficult at first, but once you are shown how to do it, it becomes second nature. When I went back for my inflation/deflation instruction they gave me a keychain model of the Classic pump with an instruction card attached. Believe it or not that model was very helpful in figuring out where to place your fingers both for the inflation and deflation. Ask for one if you aren't given one.

Mr. Wiff,

My pump at first was as hard as a marble the first few times I used it, but it loosens up as you use it. I think that is normal.
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.

I have that titan ,right above the round pump there is like a flat spot and the deflate button is located there.you can use a finger or thumb to press quite hard and hold for a few seconds.I hope that helps.

Classic mistake. Even after my revision, having done the task of deflating a 1000+ times, I was very confident I'd able to deflate the new Titan as usual post revision. Bad mistake, I wasn't fully healed and ended up with a raging maxed out Titan that I couldn't deflate. That mf'ing button gave me 2h of pure suffering. Painful lesson.

My advice is to pump 3-5x, then proceed to fully deflate. Afterwards, if you previously found the button and were able to fully deflate, pump 5-7x times, then fully deflate again. Loop these steps incrementally adding 2-3x each cycle, so you don't end up with a raging erection whilst still not fully healed and have to to resort to desperation. If at any one of these loops you have trouble deflating the device, do not proceed to inflate it harder, otherwise you will suffer, trust me and simply don't do it, it's a nighmare. This is a good framework to prevent the painful scenario described above.

I did the exact same thing but I was only 2 weeks out! I was in the shower and was playing around with the pump and gave it about 4 or 5 squeezes, it was great to see it rise and get hard :o . Then I tried to find the release button, and I tried, and I tried, NO LUCK! This was on a Saturday morning. I tried all weekend but could not find the "magic button". By Sunday it was very unconformable to say the least. I had told my wife what I had done and she just smiled, big help! So Monday morning I had to make the call to my Dr. Of course, I got the receptionist, as she said, "My I help you?". I told her that I needed to see the doctor right away. "Oh, what's the problem?". At that point I had to come clean and explain what I had done, VERY EMBARRASSING to say the least. So a few hours later, I saw the doctor and he let it down in about 10 seconds. Trying to hide a raging hard-on was not easy.
I asked the Dr. to send me a model pump so that I could see and feel how it worked and he did. I have not had any problems since.

Got to say I did the same thing. And not once but twice! LOL
The release button is on the side of the hard block above the bulb, it is very small dimple sized and hard to feel.
If you see an image of the pump and block it has two round ends. The button should be on one of those sides.
Push and hold the button down while you squeeze your shaft.
