How many guys implanted without having had prostate problems have orgasm and ejaculation, and how many guys don't after implantation?

I literally cannot feel any difference from before to after. I am 15 weeks out from surgery and it just seems to get better and better. I think it takes a while to learn that you don't have to worry about losing your erection then you are just able to relax and enjoy it more. We began sex at 6 weeks and at first my sensations during oral sex didn't seem as strong as before, but that is no longer true. All aspects of sex are just as enjoyable as before and I have strong orgasms and ejaculations. My wife loves it, her orgasms last longer since the implant.

Another thought, I believe the general rule is if you are able to orgasm and ejaculate before implant with the use of the common aids, you should be able to after being implanted.

I have no problems with orgasm or ejaculation with my implant.
i did lose volume after my getting a vasectomy however.
Found that taking a Zink vitamin twice a day did help with volume of ejaculate.
Implant was the best thing I ever did for myself!

4.5 years with my implant and I have no trouble, still make almost a table spoon full if I real horny.

I use to get more sperm before implant, but now only about half a tspand thats ok, its less messier. My orgasms aren't as powerful as they use to be tho.

Right after getting my implant I could orgasm. Then for the past 9 months, not -- had to jerk off the next day and even that wasn't always easy...

So I tried a couple changes: I quit using my VED having read that it for some it can decrease sensitivity; I also used Trimix Gel (which worked really well) for glans, And the sensitivity increased. So last night I did O finally -- it was great!

I have also been messing around with misoprostol for glans -- takes some practice to crush the tablets in water and inject without injecting too much water -- need to make a thick slurry.
But even without practice ,I got some pretty good results. At about a buck per pill vs about $20 per dose for Trimix injections, I could obviously save a lot of dough!

Pretty easy to orgasm now and strong. Miss the pressure buildup and ejaculation of the white cum, but I do shoot out some clear liquids (probably urine and pre-cum).

thanks guys, if pre implant the orgasm came after 15/20 minutes, now with the implant it comes the same or did you lengthen it by 5/10/15/20 minutes?

The first 6 to 8 months post-implant surgery, it took me longer to orgasm(probably 10-15 minutes more--or it seemed like it--did not watch the clock in the throws of ecstasy!). Now orgasm is back to pre-surgery times (been 1 year this week).
