How’s ur libido on trt ? I’m thinking of getting on trt after getting the implant did it effect ur sex drive and stronger orgasms

Yes, yes, and yes! TRT going on 4 years, implanted 8/20. The two compliment each other perfectly, at least for me. Libido returned to teenage levels. I can now cum 3 times in an hour & with my bionic penis, marathon sex sessions have become the norm. The orgasms are intense.It’s literally like having a superpower. Besides the sex, I've dropped body fat, added considerable amounts of lean muscle, normalized BP, and the depression I sometimes experienced is gone. The only negative I've encountered is an increase in sleep apnea. I wore a CPAP anyway. I definetly would advise you to seek a hormone specialist, as most physicians lack the expertise required to optimize your levels. Oh, I have pellets implanted every 3 months. I do not experience any drop off effects as the delivery seems very consistent.

I’ve been on TRT for 6 years. Only been implanted 7 months. My energy level was the biggest effect for me. My libido was always high even when my t levels were 100-110. Saying that it did seem to increase it a little. I started on 1 ml every other week. It got my levels way up but would crash before the two weeks was over so after 4 years I went to 1/2 ml every week and for now it’s keeping me in the sweet spot of 6-700. Everybody’s body processes it differently so what works for one may not work for all. Also if you work out a lot you could need more as your body will burn it off if I understand it correctly. It can be a process to get it right but we’ll worth it!

Hey all while we are taking about trt, I’ve been curious about my tests, drs always say something like “ your numbers are fine for your age “ and all the trt clinics popping up want to sell you supplements its all overwhelming because I don’t understand it well. Any suggestions on who to seek out that is pro trt and is safe ?

I have been on compounded testosterone cream (applied daily) for 3 or 4 yrs, and my libido is as high as I felt as a young man. Of course the implant boosts my libido significantly, I think, due to psychological input.

This is why you should consider seeking out a hormone specialist. My levels might be in range for a 58yr old, but I don't want to feel like a normal male my age! As for the PSA someone mentioned, it should definitely be monitored. The first year on TRT, mine increased from 1.4 to 1.9. Since that point, it's decreased and is constantly at 1.7.

Do any of you take TRT even though your Testosterone levels are within normal range? If so, what have you experienced? Has your PSA changed? Any growth of the prostate noticed? What benefits have you seen?

I've been on trt for 11 years, started with gels, then pellets and now injections. Also had my implant for 10yrs. The first years on trt pellets with a penile implant I was out of control way too much testosterone with a on demand boner you get the idea. It was motivating to stay in shape to keep up with the younger ladies. My t levels were in the 900's with pellets.

Now im on injections and things have leveled off still have a sex drive thanks to trt but now i have more self control. My t levels are in the 700's with injections once per week. Franky the last 10yrs with been a blast.
