Trick to deflate more

Sorry if i'm not really clear. But Englisch is not my native language.

So i have seen videos of deflating an implant. I see the guy squishing all the liquid out of the penis when releasing the valve button.
But he doesn't squise the cilinders inside the body.

I was thinking. Could you squise the cilinders under the ballsack? So also that part will be empty?

I think this post is a little confusion, but maybe someone understand me.

With my Coloplast I press and hold the deflate button while I squeeze my shaft. A layer of towel over my shaft helps as I squeeze to push out a little more fluid and make it easier to grasp. I can bend my shaft to pretty much empty all the fluid in my cylinders, but they just come back to size as soon as I release. I always do one or two pumps after deflating to lock the pump from auto inflating.

I suppose you could. But why is it important to get every last drop out? I like leaving just enough saline to round out the cylinders and smooth out the dog ears.

Your pump really does not hold any saline, so you will be squeezing your balls...ouch!

If you want max deflation after you squeeze all you can get out push in like you’re trying to make it go back into your body. This is the only way to get more out of the tubes themselves. After mine got broken in (4-5months) I always leave some in it. Even put a few pumps back in to get a much more natural feel and look. But this takes time as the cylinders are pretty firm at first and the digests hurt til it softens up.
