Younger women, in their 20s, some make fun of men who can't get an erection I know some who, if you told them you have to pump up your penis from your scrotum, would call you an old man. I know some who, if you told them you had a bionic penis, they would laugh and call you a cyborg. Now, these aren't the type of women you want to ever date or be around.

Have women in their 20's actually told you they would be turned off by an implant? That would suck as I have no interest in dating a 40+. I am 33 but Minnesota here on FT is 27 and has had a different experience with casual sex with younger women:

"Today marks 11 weeks and 2 days (79 days total) since I had my surgery. Since my last update at 8.5 weeks, I have been sexually active with two people, including an ex gf! Lol. I’ve had sex with 5 different girls now since being implanted. 1 of them let me go for an hour. This is not only a cure for ED, but if you’re prone to cumming quickly as well, there’s no stopping you until you want to! Also, not saying that’s cool to sleep with 5 girls or that it is a lot, just want to give these details because I think back to how it felt when I used to be able to have sex with my past gfs, or random hookups whenever I wanted. Just feeling extremely confident like how us males were designed to be. Attract women and Vice verse, reproduce, etc. Then have it all stolen from you. It’s was a terrible 9 years dealing with it. However, things have changed dramatically. I haven’t been trying to have sex or anything, just being myself and getting out there to the bars and stuff. The difference now versus then is my confidence and libido. I actually have my eyes open for sex, not shy away from it. Before I didn’t have that and now I do.

I find that when showering with guys at work or the hockey rink, I feel slightly off thinking they might think I have a chub, but I now believe I was overthinking because I’ve asked multiple friends now and all they said it just looks like I’m hung, but not a chubby. I did have two concerns to address to my Doctors I will mention that might help others here.. here’s what I bright up to them.

1.) my flaccid hangs to the left, especially in my tighter work pants because it’s forced to go one way or the other, which creates a dog ear on one side. The constant pushing my penis to the left has caused it to really hang that way on its own now. I was concerned this would possibly cause wear and tear on the one side of the cyclinder being it’s just to that one side constantly.

- it would not cause more wear and tear and it’s fine.

2.) second concern was that my head/glans are slightly softer and floppy during sex.

- Prescribed me a cialis pill 5mg daily which will help bring more blood flow to the glans and also even help with any sensitivity and feeling I may have lost. I don’t feel I lost any, but it definitely did help my glans during sex.

I am back to all activities. I workout however I want besides a few exercises where I may feel it more in the reservoir area. I use my implant everyday, so I am a high volume user for sure. As much as I only want to use it just a few days a week to help the life of my implant (if that truly even helps) I can’t find myself doing it and most likely won’t as I am loving this way too much. Best thing that’s happened to me and I hope it lasts me for many years. I haven’t measured but obviously my flaccid is way bigger, and I think my erection
Is slightly bigger now, definitely more girth. none of the young women he has had casual sex with have seemed to mind. Personally I would have no interest in dating a woman over 40 so hopefully thats not the case."

Happy to hear these positive experiences, they are reassuring, please keep updating us.

They’re not mine I still haven’t got the implant but I’m thinking of getting it. I will say one girl I dated did mention the implant because she was the nurse about 23 years old. She did mock the guy with the implant but pretty much because it was small immediately post-op. She of course didn’t see it after healing.

The same chick knew I used Trimix injections and had no problem with it. I think if the end result of the implant is satisfactory they will still like it. Plus if I understand correctly a woman can still make you get harder (I.e engorged vs not engorged)?

Day 20 update:

As usual, there is not much to update, but being alone in a hotel room there is just something soothing about writing in this journal and letting my thoughts out.

I would like to talk about the pics I have uploaded here. Now, see how my penis slants to the right, it will not move to the left, even when forcefully trying to move it with my hand (as shown in one of the pics). I am wondering if this is an issue with th surgery, RTEs or simply just this way due to only being partially inflated.

Tomorrow I will be partially deflated so I can get on a plane soon. I think the nurse will be doing it as my doctor is on holidays, I am just hoping she does not deflate me too much and compromise the TEP but I am sure it will be okay. As you can see, the swelling has gone down quite a bit. I am not sure if my penis is still swollen, I think it is slightly, otherwise this would really be some impressive girth! The pump in my scrotum is very solid, I can feel it but it feels rock hard like a pebble. Will find out tomorrow how the deflation goes.

As for the pain, it is improving now. 3 weeks almost exactly and I can say, I finally am feeling a bit better. Being inflated has been tough but I am sure it will be worth it in the end. I am already feeling positive about the progress.

Mentally, I have been struggling a bit. Now that my peyronies may be over, some other mental health issues I have had have been starting to resurface. I had peyronies for 4 years. During those 4 years, I passed on many relationships, one night stands, and battled a lot of depression and anxiety all while trying to finish uni with two degrees (which I was constantly deferring courses due to mental health issues). I also isolated myself and became a bit of a recluse. What I am trying to say is, to anyone struggling out there, don't let your peyronies control you, have a plan, always know that an implant is an option, try and excel in other aspects of your life (finances, health, social skills, intelligence etc).

If anyone has any advice on whether the slant in these pictures is something to be concerned about, it would really be appreciated. It's confusing that it slants to one side, but not to the other, this was an issue I had with my peyronies. I am hoping eventually I have a rigid enough erection to enjoy sex, I don't want my penis slipping out in cowgirl position, and I don't want to have to pump up to the point where it's uncomfortable to have to find rigidity in my erection.

Just some thoughts for now, in a few months these may prove to be completely invalid.

Time will tell.

Always eager on receiving support and messages from you guys, so any advice is also appreciated!

I believe Dr. Hakky has his patients move it side to side to prevent from healing in one position. Once the scar tissue is healed it may be kept in that position. This is why patients are told to keep it up to prevent a lower erection angle, so this is concerning in my opinion.

Your nurse friend is a very bad place to be getting advice from. She sees the implants at the absolutely worst time for its size & seeing your Trimix results doesn't reflect that it'll eventually quit working & there is a real chance of peyronies. Bottom line, I belive she's giving you poor stories.

Yeah I know thats just the only women in her 20's I have ever heard talk about an IPP. Not saying she was right or knew anything about them other than it was a medical procedure. I realize size comes back over time.

All I can say is to carefully think thru what you're told or read about ED & implants. Especially from women. Its my firm opinion that women do not have any understanding about an erection. Even my own wife, as much as shes been thru with me. Only vaguely understands. ED totally baffles most women in my opinion. Like how can something that worked everytime for many years now not work???

Thanks for your message.. Which part is concerning? I am trying my best to keep my penis up positioned towards the abdomen where the head is pointing towards my face if I was laying down. This is what I was advised by my surgeon.

This is very true, women very rarely understand ED, if you're simply tired one day and can't get an erection, they will start thinking that you aren't attracted to them anymore. If you use Viagra, some women will think you need it to feel attracted to them because they aren't attractive to you anymore. In reality , Viagra simply increases bloodflow to the penis and has no effect on desire/libido.

I dont think Hilly willy meant much from his post, other than that, most women, don't really have an issue with men having IPPs, and the one nurse he encountered who did was just misinformed on the size post implant.

I agree that Hillywilly didn't mean any harm. But if someone doesn't point out the flaw in the sources logic then it quickly becomes gospel. Case in point. We have some members currently that don't understand that RTE's are required inorder to fit implants into some men. Implants are in either 2cm or 3cm increments. In many men RTE's "create" more implant sizes in .5cm increments. No surgeon can go without using RTE's forever.
