Maximum # of pumps for the Titan One Touch

Well it's been 14 months since my implant and I'm getting used to the difference. I still have the irritating tubing bunched up against the shaft on the left. Needs revision but I've had too many damn surgeries this year to recover from another one right now. So I'll wait and try and go to Dr Perito next year. Still haven't been able to orgasm with my wife, only solo. So it's probably in my head. My last abdominal surgery left me with retrograde ejaculation. After some practice I'd say it's about 80% as good as a regular orgasm.

I pump it up twice a day if, I remember. The maximum number of two handed pumps I get out of it is 40. After that the pump deflates. Is this normal? I've regained my former length and girth for the most part.

It depends on how many full pumps I get but it's usually 35-40 to fully inflate. Not sure why your pump goes soft though, my pump gets rock hard at full inflation. It took me maybe a year to be able to orgasm easily, lots of times had to finish myself. It takes the nerves a long time to fully heal the sensitivity to produce an orgasm.
At 14 months you should be feeling the implant as part of you. Possibly your other surgeries/health issues are slowing that down. My advice is relax and enjoy the new you. Keep your wife happy!

I can also do app. 40 pumps. Lately it happened twice that at the last pump the pump stayed deflated. I got nervous and contacted Dr. Eid. He thinks there might be too litle fluid, the system is either leaking or the cylinders are widening. The second is what’s happining in my case I suppose. But his opinion is only a guess because he hasn’t seen me.

5.5" x 5.5" with a Titan one touch and never been able to get more than 14 pumps, it is hard as it's ever been. Love my implant!

I get around 35 two handed wall to wall pumps if it’s fully deflated when I start. At this point the pump is as hard as a rock and I bend my penis up down right and left a few times and can usually get several small pumps before the pump is too hard to get anymore. Sounds like you’re out of fluid. If the pump stays flat it’s out of fluid.
