Well this Morning at 9am I was receiving my implant!
Not much pain as off yet just a bit at the tip of the head where the catheter connections are not covered and rub on the jockstrap. Tomorrow I will remove the catheter and put a sock on it. My surgeon wants me to keep a jockstrap on for 2 weeks. I have been reading ( sometimes between the lines) all I can about implants the good the bad and the ugly and came to the conclusion that the implant was right for ME.
Thank you all for sharing your experience on this all important matter.
I will update relevant progress as my journey begins.

59- ED for 25 plus years. prescribed quad-mix went up to 65 units didn't work well at all even with 10mg cialis and 50mg viagra. DR Toby Lees. 22 cm+1 rte coloplast Implant on 12-20-22 Western Michigan Urological.

Day 2
Took the catheter out today was not as bad as I thought it would be overall pain has gone down after it was removed. Pain is at a 2 out of 10 I am taking Ibuprofen 800mg and Narco 5/325 for pain and inflammation. Not moving around a lot laying on my back with frozen peas binge watching shows and napping when I can. Unpacked the surgery packing and put bacitracin on the incision. It’s looking better than I was thinking. Not sure how to resize photos.

it looks great, I think you'll heal sooner than expected, congratulations, always update us, if you can also with photos.

Day 3
Pain has gone down quite a bit. I have stopped talking Opioids just taking ibuprofen to reduce swelling and antibiotics. I have full felling top, bottom and Sides of shaft. Bruising has increased on shaft and balls. Still using ice and trying not to move around to much. Was able to sleep on my side the last two nights what a difference. Can feel the pump in the middle low and behind my balls a bit to swollen to mess with to much. Using the toilet to crap is fun trick I just sit as far back as possible. Using a travel urinal to piss. Can’t really feel the reservoir. I do have dog ears and flattened appearance but I’m sure it will work itself out. Extremely happy with my decision to get implanted. I’ll add more as things change.
