I thank my bros here who were advising me on the problem I had with the protruding tubing.
I have decided to go in for a revision surgery in early January where a different surgeon will now pull the pump in a differnt position (meybe downwards) so that the tubing is less visible. So far every girl i have been with has been commenting on this tubing issue and I feel it is best to have it fixed.
Other than that, the pump and everything else is working fine.
I have also requested the surgeon to put in a bigger size implant in case he deems fit as I feel I have been grossly undersized and my erection comes to 4.7 inches.
the first surgery was actually a breeze with almost zero pain .
Please please do advise me am I doing the right thing? I dont want to go from the frying pan into the fire......

In my case revision with a larger implant (24+1 to a 26 cm) resulted in loss of over one inch. I don’t get it but that was the result.

In my opinion if your implant is working and no problems with pumping it to an erection and deflating it,you should leave it alone.Tubing is something in most cases that is going to be apparent with an implant. As far as size goes this is not a procedure to enlarge your penis, your surgeon puts in the size you are,not what you would like to be.Your surgeon is the one to determine whether you need a revision and that’s based on is it functioning properly or not!I wish you the best!

Every surgery is different on every patient. On my second revision because of a pump that did not want to work properly the surgeon changed the pump for a new one, but he also noticed that my tubes or cylinders where not long enough for the size in length of my penis, so he pulled the cylinders about half an inch more into the gland and just added rte's to the base of the cylinders to compensate. Before I had a seven inch, now I have a true eight incher plus at times. So he done an amazing job restoring what I originally had before any implant. The LGX will give you length, but a doctor has to measure with a special tool also to make sure what the maximum length is going to be when done.

I had been on this board some years ago before my implant coming up on 5 years ago. And I told myself going into the surgery that I would not judge the outcome for a year. Seems you are over the one-year point and have given this time to self-correct and for you to adjust to the new you. This is a choice you must make. No one else can do it for you. With any surgery there is the risk of infection and that increases with this surgery for surgeries after the first. This is because a percentage (less than 50% IIRC) of me have bacteria in the bio film that surrounds all the components of the device. That is something you do not have the chance of with the first surgery. Not a big problem with a very good doctor. For my repair I was rushed in for 2 full rounds of iv antibiotics before the surgery started. And cultures were done of the fluid of all the biofilm that was disturbed. Had any bacteria been found I would have been given additional antibiotics designed for those bacteria. I had pain that was sometimes really bad for over a day after having sex. And my penis pointed hard left making it impossible for most sex positions without holding it in place. The repair improved things by at least 50%. I still have some pain but not as bad or for as long and the left angle is about 1/2 as much as it was. Not perfect by any means but I can live with it. I did not have a replacement of any part of my device just a sling repair. A full replacement may have had a better outcome.
So that is what I did with the problems I had. Yours are different and you have had a year to evaluate the problems you have and research them. I wish someone had a crystal ball and could tell us what the outcome would be ahead of time. But that is not the case. Whatever you decide it will be the right decision as you are the only one who can make it.
Best of luck with this.

Firstly, as others have said, this is NOT a penis enlarging procedure, and it is likely a larger implant will have little to no effect on your size, it is unfortunately down to your anatomy.
In regards to your tubing, yes it might be annoying, but a revision is unlikely to fully correct this and will only put you at additional risk of an infection. Feeling the tubing, no matter what you might read here or on other forums, is part and parcel of an implant I'm afraid. I read many journals pre implant and read thousands of posts where implantees would state no-one will ever know you are bionic, this is simply not true.
I have been toying with a possible revision for the last 4 months, as my implant only goes 3/4 way up my shaft and not into my glands, but, after long consideration i have decided it works and i have decided the gains vs risk is not worth the revision.
