Is it safe to use a hair trimmer to shave the pubic hair on testicles, pump & tubing?
Is there a risk of damaging implant?

you'll know LONG before you hit the implant or components with a trimmer. YIKES.

I do. The thing is there is always a risk of infection. So you need to be careful. I use alcohol wipes after I shower to prevent jock rash and prevent any infection. Infection risk is highest after surgery and reduces over the first year to an extremely low rate and remains at that level until another surgery. Just clean things well and keep them clean. Use strict wound care on any nicks.
