oral intercourse without implant with a grade from 0 to 10 would be 10, with implant what grade would you give from 0 to 10 realistically without exaggerating

Oral with an implant is unique
Uninflated = 6
25% = 8
50% = 9+
100% = 4ish
It kinda depends. I have less feeling completely inflated. Sort of subjective.

did the translator not finish? with so many implants no one answers my doubts?
