Hello everyone. It has been 10 days since I had my surgery. I wanted to post a pic of my incision and ask those who have been implanted (if you remember) if you were healing about the same, better or worse. I text a pic to my doctor, and he said it looks ok. I'm one of those people who read into things and am stressing a bit that he didn't say "good" or "great".
I've hardly had any pain. The swelling gets better every day, and the incision has been dry since day three. Only had some wet blood when I pulled the bandage off on day two. I've read online that the incisions usually seal up by day 7. The upper dried blood is starting to separate at the bottom. That's where it bends when I tuck my penis up, so I think that's why it's working itself loose. Still washing with Hibiclens in the evening and keeping a 4x4 piece of sterile gauze between my David Archys and my scrotum. Thank you, Cat.

Looks like you are healing just fine, My incision was horizontal and took a couple of weeks to heal. Yours looks better than mine did at the time.

Don’t understand why they would go horizontal when the vertical leaves a very natural look when healed

Looks about like mine did at day 10. Can't remember when all my scabs fell off but it only took a couple days and all gone.

Your incision looks much better than mine. My surgery was 16 days ago and the incision is still very wet and there’s light colored drainage in my underwear. I’m really afraid I have an infection

My incisinon has sucked. I think it may partially be due to the fact the surgeon did a scrotoplasty at the same time and a larger horizontal scrotal incision. (more $$ for them). The OP photo looks great. I'm still having slight discharge 6 weeks later. I've reached out to the surgeon's office yesterday am with no response.
Mine was the same at 16 days. They started me on a skin antibiotic and had me keep the incision clean with baby shampoo and be sure to keep it dry. It does look better now but hell if I know why I stil have slight discharge. May never know.
