Hello.

1-Why you choose Dr vijay? Instead of Dr Raman and Dr Ashish? Because these two Drs are in the favour of Tactra implant. Where as Dr Vijay recommends Rigicon. I have never heard of the spring back issue of tactra from any single source. Even i have heard from Dr Ashish that for the maximum hardness you should go for tactra and if you want maximum bendability then go for the rigicon

Well because Dr. Vijay conducts the maximum number of surgeries so i thought he could handle any sort of complication if it arises. Dr. Raman is equally competent. You need to meet these doctors at least once before you decide upon going for the implant or choosing the doctor. Take as many counselling sessions as you need and get all of your questions across the doctors. And then make up your mind. I have no clue about Dr. Ashish, so i won't be able to comment about him. But, if you need him, Pay him a visit as well. Their consulting sessions are just 600-700/- so its inexpensive, when you need to make a decision that will affect you permanently. Hardness is more than enough in Rigicons as well. So, if you add on the bendability, it becomes the obvious choice over Tactra. I would update about it in the upcoming days if i'm able to bend it without any pain.

2- Indian Shah implant is only considerable if you have money problem. Every Doctor is saying if you do not have any money problem then always opt American Malleables because their quality is much better then indian shah. I still dont know why Dr Vijay is recommending Indian Implant over Americans!

Well maybe because it is cost effective. The actual cost of "Shah Prosthesis" is just Rs. 25000/-. I found this in one of the interviews by Dr. Rupin Shah, who's name is actually on the implant. He still performs surgeries in Leelawati hospital, Mumbai. And even he banks upon the Indian Malleables. Why do they recommend it? Because India is a cost sensitive country, so if a product is durable and cost effective then, why not? But does it mean that it is something that you should go for? No. Decide it with your surgeon, and see what does he have to recommend? i got the Lifetime warranty with Rigicon, None of the other implants provide it. So, atleast i won't have to pay if a revision is needed.

3- Your Decision was very good on choosing Rigicon over Indian Implant. You will feel 100% better in a very few days. ;) Brother it will be a very great help for us if you share a picture of yours penis with or without clothes. Share some pictures where your penis is straight (Rigid) and under clothes while bending (Concealment).

I sure hope so. I'm going to wait it out. Not like i have any other option as of now. But, Thank you for your kind words. About the pictures, let me think about it. But for now, let me describe the scenarios that you have in mind. So I'm 6" tall and 5" wide. So when it is straight it looks like my erection when it was normal. Under clothes, it pops out of the waist belt when i place it towards the abdomen. And if i try to put it downwards, it hurts after 45* degrees so. I feel it hurts because the implant is fairly new and the hinge is tight, it might losen up a little. This loosen up hinge will help my penis rest better against the fabric of my underwear.

If you have any ideas for me to conceal it in a better way, please let me know.

Thanks.

I am 5' 11" tall. I can conceal my (80%-85% inflated 6" long and 5" girth) penis by wearing compression underwear and pointing my penis up and to the side, (nestling in the crease between my belly and my thigh). There is a slight bulge, but nothing remarkable and it draws no attention in dress pants, jeans, boxer-style bathing suit, gym shorts or sweat pants.

Since the underwear allows no significant movement, friction against the fabric is not an issue.

Yes, I tried different combination of medicines. Tadalaphil/Avanaphil/Cialis and along with L-Argenine. They stopped working after a bit. Like any other drug, your body develops immunity towards any drug so after a point in time they stop responding to your body.

2-Had you visited Dr Raman? If yes then which implant he recommended to you?

No, i didn't. And i did a mistake here, that i didn't take multiple opinions. But, Please don't make the same mistake. Make sure you visit him as well. If, i were to do it again, i would also visit Dr. Rupin Shah in Mumbai.

3-As for the concealment now? Can someone notice by looking at your pants that you have implant? Can you go out now?

Right now, i wear it upwards. Or sometimes sideways. it is easily visible by looking at the pants. I cover the bulge with a long and loose t-shirt and a jacket. I haven't been able to put on my formals yet, with my shirt tucked in. So, i go out usually in track pants and loose clothes only, this helps me conceal it. And i'm always conscious too, i really wish that i can bend it down without any pain for proper concealment.

4-Do you have any regret after doing it? Will u do it again?

It is a little to soon to comment on that. Because the pain hasn't gone away and concealing the implant isn't working for me either. I feel that sex is basically a 30 min deal or so. For that i haven't been able to make social appearances in the proper attire that is needed. I have skipped a close friend's wedding because i looked awkward in my suit. I have extended my work from home because i can't wear my formals with shirt tucked in. So lets just give it another month or so. If i'm able to hide it without any pain, then a 100 times yes, i will do it all over again, If not, then i would rather not have sex but live the rest of my life fruitfully. But hey, that's just me.

5-After doing malleable implant can we live with family in a same house or they will notice that we have a implant???

Yes you can. In the first two weeks i was usually locked in my room icing on the swelling and would only step out to eat. I would hide it upwards so that my penis would be facing my belly button. The glans would pop out an cause a bulge under my t-shirt, so i would cover it with another shirt over a t-shirt. I would suggest staying away from home in the initial 3-4 days, say in a hotel to avoid any awkwardness.

I am 100% sure you will feel better in few days and will enjoy your sex life to the maximum. Do update us :-)

I sure hope so too. Thanks

Aah compression underwear is something that i need to look into. Thank you for the suggestion.
Are you able to conceal your member downwards as well? Does it pain? or Do you get the bulge when its pointing downwards?

Even before ED I habitually wore briefs and pointed up. In boxers or "commando" my flaccid does hang down easily enough (before implant, it was too short to be described as "hanging").

Inflated 50%, trying to point/curl down is not painful, but there is a significant bulge. (50% by my definition is the point at which auto-deflation stops. That is, I hit the deflate button and allow the flow of fluid from implant to reservoir to proceed without squeezing the implant/penis down.)

I point up to "train" my penis which way to point for sex (up as close to my belly as possible). I don't really know how much effect this has on the angle of my erection, but I am certain it does not lower it.

There is a growing selection of compression underwear for men available in stores and on line (Amazon is very convenient source) aside from the first I ever heard of (Spanks for men). Do an internet search on the term "Dance Belt". Male dancers wear them to maintain decorum in tights and they are designed to allow freedom of movement as well.

Hello.

The pain has been getting better as time passes by. Thanks for asking. The bending angle has increased till 60-70* easily without any pain. However, bending it downwards in a pair of briefs still gets painful after a an hour or so. I find myself, rushing to the washroom to ease my member out of the clothes so that the pain dissipates. And after that i usually put my penis upwards and sidewards, for the rest of the day. I try this constantly and i'm hoping that putting it downwards comes naturally to the implant in the coming days.
