When you first get your implant and have healed enough for the initial swelling to go down, you will be at first self-conscious of your new bulge because it is new to you and feels different. You will be more aware of it than others and once you get used to your new flaccid state you won't think anything about it, in fact, you will probably be quite proud of it. Don't let this discourage you from getting an implant, unless maybe you are a Speedo model.

Silver Daddy's jeans picture above is a great, realistic representation and I am sure he is not embarrassed by his look.

AmansinCali is correct. Tomorrow is my one-year anniversary, and I don't really notice it, just part of me now. Yes, I am proud of the outcome. Please don't let a bulge get in the way of getting the implant. "Wish I did it sooner " Lol

Musson I'm a little over 6" hard about 5 1/4" flaccid. No loss of length when implanted. I was a little over 7" before prostate surgery. Basically, I am on my third cock. the original model I was born with and knew very well, the new shorter version post-surgery that I lived with for ten years and now a new more oval shape, hard as rock whenever I want it deluxe model.

I am sure I could further hide it if I wore pleated front pants in a normal cut and wear underwear to point it down. In the picture it is hanging a little to my left. Maybe someone else can share a picture with the above suggested clothing.

Some members mentioned the implant sticking out like a semi. You don't want sticking out dick for example in the presence of children.

I was worried about this before the procedure and now after 18 months it is not an issue. I swim laps every day and wear a swim brief. The penis outline is present but no one seems to notice. The swimmers are serious and I don’t think they hardly look at the outline when I get out of the pool. The younger women are wearing either a one piece thong swimsuit or at least a very cheeky suit. There is a lot of skin showing at a pool. and the outline in a speedo is a non-issue. If I swim later in the day when kids will be present I slip on swim shorts when I hop out of the water. I admit when wearing nylon suits (Aussiebum) a six inch flaccid might catch someone’s eye.

You know what it looks like then! Fortunately Aussiebums are common among swimmers at my pool. I fit in ever with the bulge. Have you tried a Ca-Rio-Ca swim brief? They are great if you place the penis to the side. Not quite the poke in the eye the Aussiebums are!

I was always a grower before my implant, now a shower. I love the feel of a big flaccid bulge in my pants. At 6 inches flaccid most of the time you can't help but have a nice bulge. Get a lot of stares as i walk around. But I do try and hide it as much as I can.
